Thanks. And yeah, that serial # range is 2018 though about 2020. No big incentive to doctor Sho cards back then since he hadn't broken out. Especially paper cards that are easier to trim than their chrome counterparts.

You can say what you want about indy vs camo, but at the end of the day there is only 25 of the camo (only 24 available - I own one and it's not leaving my safe anytime soon) and as more and more people try to build the rainbow of his first flagship RC the camo will only go up in value - regardless of grade.

Of course a 10 should sell for more than a 7 but as we've seen with PMG's and other desirable parallel RC's - the grade sometimes doesnt matter for an iconic card.

Is $3,800 too much right now? Maybe.

And oh no, it was nowhere near the full asking price, but was considerably better than the most seemingly serious offer I had in the past.
I could potentially have waited for even a better offer, but I'm happy enough with the sale.

I actually brought this up to him but told him that I still think a better buying opportunity will likely present itself eventually. Also, the guy isn't really a hardcore Ohtani collector, he just wants a few nice cards to lock away of the unicorn. He's actually the same person that bought my PSA 9 Finest auto off me that partially funded my BGS 9.5 TG+ Real One.
