I'm no fan of Stanton in the least bit but we may be in real trouble without him in the lineup. Outside of Volpe, Soto, and Judge, this lineup really sucks right now. We got Gleyber freakin' Torres hitting clean up. Judge isn't seeing anything remotely good to hit with Gleyber as his protection. Look at the 1st inning. The top 3 guys did what they were supposed to do. Got on base. Bases loaded with no outs and the next 3 batters strike out.

Boone better be putting in Ben Rice here for Davis.

And of course he didn't and Davis grounded into a double play on the 1st pitch. Way to go with the match ups Boone.

Gleyber contributes nothing to this team. Can't hit, can't field a ball hit directly at him, won't hustle when you could potentially beat out a ball. DFA this guy.

Gleyber should sit down tomorrow. Dude looks defeated.

DFA both of those guys. Would rather play Cabrera at 3rd and see if we have anything in Peraza.

I'd say DJ will be released by the end of the week. At least give him 100 at bats to be fair.

Judge giving DJ a talking too was interesting. Yankees are at critical point right now, Cashman, Hal and Boone should be talking. They are the ones responsible, there is still time to fix this.

Didn’t see any of last night’s game. I am glad I missed it and it looks like they brought back Cole a little too soon. At work I checked the score when it was 9-1 at least thanks to Judge 9-7 looks a little more respectable. Fortunately the teams closest in their division lost last night also and the all star break can’t come fast enough. 52-29 is a good record if they were trending hot but after their high water mark of getting to 28 games above .500 this team is floundering.

Teams should really be walking Judge even with the bases loaded.

They should build a massive roller coaster in The Bronx that goes for miles and miles and miles with nothing but big climbs and steep drops, up and down, up and down, up and down. That way we can ride the Yankees fanatic experience year round. Feels like it's been this way for years. Whenever we get to 28, the hate will be universal, as it always is, but those haters will have to concede we've definitely paid the price for the ride...

I mean when he's playing well he's super valuable. He's just so inconsistent it's maddening as a fan.

Knowing how both players are struggling how do you bat Verdugo and Lemahieu back to back. Can’t rely on Baltimore to keep losing. How many more double plays will they hit into tonight.

Home many years have we been babysitting Gleyber. He should be a leader on this team. It's really pathetic this is happening.

Being 2 outs short of the requirement for enough innings to be played if it is called right now would they have to replay the whole game.

Other than Judge and Soto this team is trying to show other teams what not to do. What the heck happened to the pitching staff starters and bullpen.
