On fire again tonight. 3-3 with a home run, walk, 3 RBIs, run and now hitting .427. This is going to be another career year.

He's been a better hitter than Ohtani their entire careers. It's not particularly close, either

I have faith he will keep it up, and that it will turn into the greatest baseball season ever for a player.

He'll probably get 73 and then people will march on MLB HQ calling for Manfred's head over the home run in Tampa that was denied him.

IMO Judge's best rookie / draft cards are still underpriced (how on Earth can Trout's and esp Soto's still be way higher). This could be the last chance to get one at a decent price!

O's are fortunate he was left stranded in the on-deck circle as I have no doubt he would have done something bad to them if he had hit in the 9th.

I know, surprised considering he's on the New York Yankees too.

Which ones surprise you the most for being affordable?

Hmm well...this is not affordable but a big card of his (2017 Topps Heritage Red ink PSA 10) just sold for $16K..awesome card! On the less expensive side you can get his 2017 Topps Chrome Refractor PSA 10 for around $400...or his 2017 Topps Chrome or Bowman Chrome Ref autos PSA 10 for under 3K!

Don’t get me wrong here I’m buying. BUT how much longer do you think he has? He’s 33, and let’s say he goes to 39. Let’s say he averages 6-7 WAR over the next 6 years. That would put him in the 90’s?

I believe that is why the Trout/Soto crowd still have a following. Trout is already at 85 WAR at 33. Soto is young at 26. I’m not vested in either.

How will Judge be judged 10 years from now, and what further accomplishments will he have by then? Again, I’m a believer and a buyer/investor

Well every year he keeps getting better with age. And ATM he will get way more than 6-7 WAR. As for all the milestones he could still accomplish: Beat 62 HRs or even threaten 73. One more season of 50 HRs ties the all time record for most 50 HR seasons. Two more breaks it. A third MVP would be huge. Passing 500 and then 600 career HRs. The greatest power hitter of all time and the most insane prime. And yes this year he could have the best season we've ever seen. Then...playoff success.

He's going to finish as one of the five greatest Yankees ever. And obviously one of the best hitters in MLB history.

His name will be listed with Ruth, Gehrig, Mantle, DiMaggio and no one will think it's out of place. One of the great talents in the history of the game. Enjoy while he's still at the peak of his powers.

In terms of value:

Memorable + massive fan base + ridiculous peak > massive cumulative stats

Judge will never be forgotten and for all the right reasons. He will ALWAYS have collectors moving forward. Even if some of his cumulative numbers don’t stack up against some guys who had an earlier start I’m not concerned.

What guys playing today will fans be nostalgic about? This is a good question to ask when evaluating long term value.

I think what will really push his value over the edge is postseason success.

Seems like that is the only thing he's lacking.

I think that health will be the biggest factor as Judge ages. He carries a lot of weight around the outfield and I am concerned about knee/ankle wear and tear.

but I think he could have another 3-4 years of superstar production. and a few years after that of very good production. I think he will go down as an inner circle Yankee for sure.
