Just got to work. I had to come cover the office until 5 because our office staff is working the clay conference our art center puts on. People spend a lot of money to watch people make pottery. I don't get it, but then again they probably don't get spending a lot of money to sit and watch people play sports.

Yes, he can move in next Thursdsy. I inspected it yesterday and it passed. He also said he loves it. Thank you for asking! I don't celebrate until they are actually moved in. We still have a lot to do.

Up for the last day of basketball season. The YMCA had raw sewage backup into it yesterday forcing them to close, but they said we are ok to play games today. If I see an indoor FF when I get there, I’m turning right around.

Story time- BOO please truncate for Glen so he doesn't hurt himself.

Stopped at a friend's house to see her new puppy.
When we left I asked the bride if she would like to go to dinner.
Place was packed so we didn't want to wait an hour.
Bride says she saw us pass a D'Angelos and she would like a steak and cheese sub.

I order us a large one to split. And as we are driving home she asks "can we get fries?"
If the bride wants fries we get fries.

Pull into Wendy's and the Drive thru is packed.

2 people in front of me. 1 guy with his daughter, probably 6 years old. She is spinning around singing how happy she is to get her meal. Sorta what FT would be like at a combo foamer/whacker/fire truck convention where he got a free VIP pass.

They leave with the little girl on cloud 9.

Woman in front of me starts ordering....she says to the woman at the register......"NOW LISTEN TO ME CLOSELY" FML this is gonna suck.

She order fries NO SALT.
A Junior double cheeseburger. NO SALT. NO AMERICAN CHEESE. MUNSTER CHEESE instead.
Senior (FREE) drink

Cashier tells her the price and the woman says, after seeing the 60 cents for the Munster Cheese, "I DO THIS 5 DAYS A WEEK AND THE NEVER CHARGE ME FOR THE CHEESE. TAKE IT OFF."

The employee tells her that is what the computer is saying.

The reply is....."I DO THIS 5 DAYS A WEEK AND THE NEVER CHARGE ME FOR THE CHEESE. TAKE IT OFF."

Employee deleted everything and does it again. NO SALE......ect.

Same thing with the 60 cents for the cheese.

The reply is....."I DO THIS 5 DAYS A WEEK AND THE NEVER CHARGE ME FOR THE CHEESE. GET THE MANAGER."

I slam $1 on the counter and tell her i'll pay for this egregious act against her.

She says to me......
The reply is....."I DO THIS 5 DAYS A WEEK AND THE NEVER CHARGE ME FOR THE CHEESE."

I know I have heard it. Guy behind me is chuckling.

Manager comes over and speaks to the cashier on their native tongue and the 60 cents comes off. Woman slides the $1 bill i put on the counter to the side. Pays and leaves.

I order my fries and leave and STILL wan less time than the drive through.

Man JL when I see garbage like that happening it’s a no go for me. My wife has more patience than me when it comes to fast food places and the waiting time, me if there are more than 4 cars in the drive thru I would never even stop.

Who has the time to waste over a small amount of money? When we went bowling Monday, I got charged $5 more than I should have with the special they were running. I could’ve stood there, made a big deal over $5, and let it bother me. Instead I just let it go, when and played some arcade games with my friend and her daughter until our lane was ready. Worked out, somebody saw us having a great time and gave us unlimited games, laser tag, and bumper cars. That would’ve been a lot more than the $5 that I could’ve let ruin the day.

Life is to short to worry about stuff that doesn’t matter.
