Yeah, the 20% discount was a very nice perk for "Managed Accounts" but I think my days of submitting to COMC may be coming to a close with this change coupled with the increased submission fee.

Is the ingesting cards part referring to cards that are purchased from other COMC ports that are being resold by other COMC users?

According to the email I received today, as long as your submission to them is postmarked by 10/31, it will still qualify for the discount. If you feel your cards are worth submitting at 52 cents each, then do it and save yourself the work.

No. It refers to cards being sent in by you, either by mail or dropped off in person/at a show.

If I wasn't planning to place a Black Friday order, I would ask for a shipping refund instead of the $5 discount on another shipment...which will contribute more to their shipping backlog

I thought that paying $20 for a shipment of 80 some cards would mean I was getting the cards to me much quicker. And I guess technically that is true as instead of 3 months it is probably going to be about 90 days. But man if you are still going to be slow then it shouldn't be this much

Anyone else still waiting for their cards to process from the "free" graded promo? I sent in 3 nicer cards. The cheapest one processed a couple weeks ago. The bigger ones now pushed back AGAIN, to 11/18. Original date was 8/27. This is unacceptable!

I got the $5 off next shipment email too. My expected ship date keeps quietly moving back and back. Smh at how slowly the items ahead # is going down each day. Since yesterday that # has gone *up*. We’re not even in Black Friday shipping backlog, I wonder what in the world is causing a massive change in shipping demand. I thought with these new jacked up prices, there would be a lot less shipment requests.
It’s gotta be from the rushed/ebay shipments and the utter priority COMC assigns to them.

COMC is so pathetic these days.
had one card processed from my submission that was pushed back 1 month+ and they said it was serena williams. This is the card ![]() 2007 Topps Allen & Ginter's - [Base] - Mini #249 - Mike Aponte Courtesy of COMC.com

Not sure but between not responding to my emails, identifying women as men, raising prices and just the general lack of courtesy towards customers of 10+ years I may check out other options for selling cards. Pass that along please.

Misidentification of cards has been really bad recently. Even had one for weeks, maybe months that is misidentified and they won’t change it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

This is a new one for me…..placed an order for 1500 purchased cards to be shipped to me….payment goes thru, no problem…..then I log in a couple of hours later and all the cards are back in my port stating that “they need attention “ The money for shipping was credited back to me but wtf?

Finally got an update from COMC: We do have an update to provide. We are unable to fulfill the coin, unfortunately. We apologize for this error. As well, I can understand any frustration with this inconvenience. To proceed, we would like for you to provide a figure you believe represents fair value for this item. So they are misplacing gold coins? It makes no sense. Not sure how they could lose physical gold. Plus, Crosby is one of the few hockey players I collect. I was excited about this coin but it seems they lost it or gave it to someone else? No idea what to ask for value. Really upset at COMC right now. |

I already replied to your last comment about value, but I'll say it again... I wouldn't take a penny less than $1,500 as there are none up for sale. With that said, gold prices were around $2,664 the last time a Crosby sold for $900. Gold prices today are $4,113. By that math, you are owed $1,390~. I'd still argue for $1,500 if it was me, if not more, because of the ridiculousness of the situation.

I really just want the coin that was in my collection. Any ideas how they misplace a gold coin? I have a lot of higher end Marvel cards on ePack that I'm considering sending home after this just in case they lose those over time as well ![]() I wonder how COMC will compensate me for the coin? I definitely don't want credit after this situation. |

I'm not sure how they'll compensate you, but I'd push for a PayPal deposit, like you'd get if you cashed out. If you did get $1,500 and it was sent the same way they send cash outs...It would be like getting $1,667~ COMC credit/$1,745~ on eBay. Good luck! Sure hope you get more, again...just based on the ridiculousness of them losing an actual gold coin

Possible options:
1) Stolen by employee 2) Accidentally sent to the redeemer of a silver coin since humans make mistakes. 3) Misplaced by accident when they were relocated in the warehouse or when they moved warehouses. Now that COMC knows 1 is missing, they should inventory all their other gold coins in their possession to see whether or not other ones grew legs and walked away. If they did, they need to be proactive in contacting the owners of other items that may have also been lost/stolen at the same time. |

Found out what happened…..out of the 1500 cards, there was one I bought that the seller was able to convince COMC to cancel because the price (set by the seller) was too low. Apparently the timing of all of this was coincidental and just one of those COMC quirks we have all come to enjoy and love.
