The graded submission fail was absolutely their fault. Why would you offer a free promotion that will bring in a lot of submission right before the National where they get a big influx of submissions already? I haven't submitted anything in awhile to COMC bc I haven't been happy with the service. Decided to give this submission a try since it was free. I was at the National talking to someone about how I am going to regret submitting. Yup. Definitely not using them again.

I'm fine with it taking 3 months for cards to be loaded if that's what I'm paying for.

Even though its free, we were submitting under the condition it would take 4 weeks!



Here is the unhelpful email response I got back:

Had 1 free graded card come live last night. Only 4 left in my batch of about 35. Due date still listed as 8/20.

I think they sent that email about November to try and make you feel lucky if you get them earlier. I had another 7 added last night and hadn’t had any for about 10 days prior.

They just posted a survey link on their Twitter/X account, but of course it's worded in a way just to give them praise, not to tell them about any problems you have with COMC.

Once again screwed by a terrible misidentification by COMC. I am so sick of their inability to identify cards. And they won't discuss it, share why it's happening, what can be done, and what they are doing about it. Trying to get the card back now...

Comc can not properly listen conditions of tcg cards i would be very hesitant to purchase them from there. Thats just 1 of the marks on a near mint listed card there's more including indents full on bends etc all on what they had listed as near mint

Send them an email and they'll refund you. But yes, they do not normally note the damage before the cards get scanned, and many times the scans do not show all condition issues.

Are they gonna pay the return shipping? I live in canada i already paid over 1100$ to have 200 cards shipped to me im not paying a ton of money to send back for their error
