Had to agree to Terms of Service today before it let me log in...wonder what they changed to make our experience worse.

Why would not flippers use the Comc agent? Appears they would be the ones really using it the most.

The Comc Agent is not buying and sell on its own or am I wrong.

As far as agents go, I rep myself.

Just grabbed today's avatar for a nice price — very happy customer right here.

I welcome feedback on this idea I just thought of:

A custom, automated buying experience via the AI Agent that allows buyers to set a price for cards on their watchlist (or in cart for example) and have the system automatically buy if the price falls below "x" price...

Bonus: if the offers made by buyers are visible to sellers so they can see what price what would be automatically accepted (creates an instant sale type environment for more sales).

If more than 1 buyer has the same offer price for a card, the system automatically sells it to whomever submitted sooner.

Tim recommended I try the AI assist at the National. What a joke. I hope this dies quickly before anybody else gets stuck with junk.

It's sad the state they've released the AI Assist bot in.... way too premature. They need to invest more in innovation with developers that can take the COMC experience to the next level.

They don't really listen to their customers in terms of feedback and ways to grow the platform; missed opportunity for them.

That has been discussed before and would make sense for COMC to do, but they for some reason have not implemented anything like that yet.

COMC wouldn't necessarily need the agent to conduct the transactions, they could just do exactly what StarStock, StockX, and a few other platforms have done for years allowing buyers to make public active offers.

Is anyone else having issues with the Bulk Price Editor not actually processing any pricing changes? I have tried everything and after updating prices, the "New Price" column reverts back to being blank and I can't get any of the changes to save.

Anyone notice shipping suddenly getting backlogged again?

I was sending Standard shipments home in July and they would be super fast, often way ahead of the estimate. Now all the sudden it’s the opposite, for example one due tomorrow that is at like 238,000 items ahead and treading water day to day not really moving in that amount much. Maybe the National threw them behind or something.

The National being behind this would not surprise me in the slightest. I noticed the same thing.

I can't even get logged in. I click the Sign In button, it refreshes quickly and then nothing changes. The Next button is greyed out.

I really didn't need another thing that functions like the COMC website.

Least surprising thing I'd expect from COMC.
What a company. 10 days after this I get an email saying both contacts are no longer with COMC........

Intake is super slow right now, shipping seems fast, for some reason it goes from 250k to shipped in a day.

I don’t think shipping is fast anymore right now. My standard which had expected date tomorrow now says ship date 8/18….COMC quietly changed that I just noticed. The items ahead isn’t moving pretty much at all day to day.

Had some real fast shipments last couple months as they rolled out the new shipping paradigm with Standard.. but looks like COMC is being COMC again now, with shipping. Unless they surprise me like you said and it jumps 250k in a day.

I agree. Up until the start of last week, everything was rolling real smooth with 100,000+ cards being shipped per week. Since then, the number ahead of mine has only gone down about 10,000 total. In the past, I have noticed that when an order has moved to "picked" status, that it can ship with anywhere under 200,000 ahead of yours. I guess it is just a matter of how easy it is to pick and verify your order. I do expect that once things settle down post-national (I would give them 2-3 weeks), then things will start ticking along again like in the recent past.

I got a question about sending in larger cards like box toppers. Do you just send them in raw or sleeved. If sleeved what do you use. Pricing is $10 cards so were not talking big money cards or nothing.

Depending on its size, you could also look into postcard sleeves (3 11/16" X 5 3/4").

Also, you can use photo sleeves w/ top loaders or just sandwiched between some smooth, strong cardboard.

To this point and anusinha’s above…..well I’ll be. This morning said 236,000 items ahead, COMC changed expected ship date 8/20…and it just shipped this afternoon. So basically none of that means anything at all, is my takeaway from this.

Something else kinda surprising- don’t remember this happening before but maybe they always did this and I just didn’t know. I had 2 separately made (and paid for) standard shipments, due to ship around the same date. The tracking number uploaded is the same for both….so COMC put them into the same package. Doesn’t really matter, but I thought they separated when you request separately. Also one of the shipments has 3 large uncut sheets…I guess they’re shipping the cards with those? Or maybe going separate, but they only supplied one tracking number.

Oversized items like uncut sheets normally get sent in a separate shipment.

That does make sense. I only got one tracking number…guess I’ll see what happens when it gets here.

This company just can't help itself. Randomly being hit with fees on the "free graded" promotion they ran.

They process a handful of all PSA subs of the same sport and set, yet I'm charged for one of them.
