I post quite a few bad breaks, but I just don't take pictures for those

I do think this product makes it a little easier to hit a solid break than a lot of other boxes though. I'm sure I'll regret saying that when my other 10 show up, but these seem to be a nice value for 50 bucks.

Whoever is disappointed in their break, my autos were Christian Javier and Clarke Schmidt, both base.

Parallels were /50 Bucky Dent and /99 Franco.

That should help you feel better.

This is a great product to rip in volume. I've opened 17 so far and have definitely had some cold streaks of 3-4 bum boxes in a row but then seem to come across a monster box every 4-5 boxes that makes up for those.

This thread inspired me to order 80 boxes last night. I was thinking the same thing. Seems there are enough great boxes to offset the bad ones.

Not saying he isn't smart...I just wish I had the funds to order that many.

And also wish you could order more than 5 at a time!

Varsho, Clarke Schmidt, Trammell, Dalbec as my 4 autos, all base besides Trammell /99. Almost as bad as it gets. I didn't hit any parallels lower than /50 and I'm on my way to easily recoup at least 85-90% of the 4 box cost. All you can really ask from a ripper's perspective. Unheard of to basically get a free chance at hitting something huge especially for 2021 wax

I'm shocked these are still in stock to the point I would entertain the idea that Topps screwed up

I have 45% confidence that these aren't actually in stock and that they've been sold out for days.

Of course they are still in stock.......think about how huge the checklist is w/ the amount of parallels....it is basically a full launch checklist.....that you are buying one pack at a time.

I wonder what the response to this product would have been if it was 3 packs in a box for $150?

I was thinking the same thing, like would I wake up to a bunch of refunds? But after looking over their website, Facebook, and Twitter, there is really no mention of this product anywhere. The solicitation was buried in an e-mail on Friday. And every other new release is still in stock from the past month or so. Aside from the Montgomery Club thread, is there really anyone else talking about this product?

I won't complain, of course. There are a handful of products in recent memory that flew under the radar and were really good.

Are you planning on ripping all of them? I can't imagine spending $4000 on this.

Guys...Topps will not run out of any product from now until the license is over. Why would they?

I agree that print runs will be crazy, but nothing is unlimited.

Oh yeah, for sure. It's what I do though. I had 120 boxes of Heritage High # (10 cases). This is a business for me so I can handle large volume decently well, and I'm off work from my main job for two weeks so I've got time to process a lot of inventory I've been sitting on. If these come in this week that will just get added to the list.

Are you able to do it all on your own? I admire the process efficiency.

This is the perfect product for you really. Same amount of cards as a couple jumbos, but every card from this product is actually sell-able. Bet you scrape out a really nice margin for relatively little work.

Are you going to post up what you get in BST? I'm in the market for a lot of different cards from this and would love a shot at a nice lot.

Yes. Although I'm not exactly sure if I would consider myself efficient. I sell enough to make a nice profit and then move onto the next product. Which has resulted in now 3 years of inventory built up. It is technically all paid for with profit but getting quick liquidity will be a challenge if I don't slow down on new releases. I literally have monster boxes of unsorted 2019 Update still sitting there. Not a bad product to be holding long term but also not ideal to have not gotten it moving yet.

Ripped my five that arrived this morning.

Highlights:

Jeter All-time Rookie Cup Team /5
Ichiro Image Variation /50

Best auto was a Cronenworth with a dinged corner and a Canseco.

Favorite card outside of the two highlights is the Chipper image variation. Such a cool card.

I literally just had a similar conversation with my wife just yesterday. I told her I could not buy a single thing for a year and do nothing but sort and clear out leftover stuff from previous products and stay busy for the entire year. If not more. I see it as a good problem to have. I can stop spending and have money flowing in for a very long time. And like you mentioned, its all gravy leftover product money.

All the unsorted stuff stresses me out, but maybe that's just me!

I have a buddy who recently lucked out and had a much larger operation buy him out. That would be my dream scenario. I'd love to get a fresh start. I would do things differently in the future to stay caught up. Too far down the rabbit hole for that. It's REALLY hard to turn away new money even at the expense of old money. I guess worst case scenario I see myself retiring young and living off of inventory. It's not as far fetched as I would have thought a few years ago either. It would take an epic market collapse to devalue it. The stuff I've held is good stuff. Good years, good rookies, good products. I'm not sitting on A&G commons lol.

A house fire would be the biggest risk at this point. Theft isn't even on my radar. If someone broke into my house they'd crap themselves and wouldn't know what to take.

Update: New Topps e-mail today still has this product in it, so definitely not a mistake. It's available!
