Glad things are moving along! Hopefully they can keep it up. I'm sure it'll save you a ton of questions, pm's and emails.

Do you remember when the order was received and when the projected finish date was? I have one that went into assembly last week is the reason I ask.

Subs complete from last Wednesday - 46. Orders in QA are WAY down. Even with all those subs complete a lot of subs in Assembly so Id expect our depletion of QA subs to change again soon.

Really appreciate it that you take the time to update this for us and that you are willing to be so transparent. Lets hope PSA keeps picking up the pace!

Transparency is probably one of the most important things to me in this hobby/business. Its my pleasure to share what I can.

Ugh...still no movement on .71 or .85. So for transparency, what does PSA say when you ask about these? Are they just like “yeah, we haven’t gotten to those yet, not sure when we will.” There’s gotta be something holding them up other than just sheer volume, I would imagine.

2020.166 continues to surprise as it continues to move forward. Now in QA1. If this was a horse race, this long shot may sneak into the money!

Pretty sure I haven’t had any movement on a sub since November 22. Might have had a standard move to grading, but I think that’s it.

Not really expecting 136 or 137 in the near future but good luck to all the subs that have popped and have gotten GOOD graders. Just shipped a 12 card express today. Even have a couple Josh will like, TD!

They say the same thing I do. They are getting to them. Idk who follows our IG but we got 23 subs in the mail today. Hopefully be able to carve out some time tomorrow to get an answer on those specific subs.

Thanks for the info! Would be nice if they had a better explanation, but I guess it is what it is. I’ve been sending in tons of new subs, so at some point in the future I’ll be due to start getting some back. I saw the boxes stacked up on your IG, I do not envy your team having to sort through all those!

I’m in .71...kind of makes me wonder why I’m paying standard prices when bulk subs are getting done faster in some cases. How can a sub that is received the same day get done in 2 weeks with more cards to grade, and the other take 6 months with less cards than most standard subs? Anyways, hope you and your crew are doing well, and I’m glad everyone is healthy again Josh.

Sadly PSA just doesn't care. I'm in the same boat. Bulk and standard submitted on 8/11. Bulk is in assembly, standard is in grading. No rhyme or reason with them.

I imagine all of us who send regularly or semi-regularly are in the same boat. Lost at sea subs. But, a lot of positives have been happening lately. Seems they might have their stuff more together than it had been.

They got slammed AND covid hit. That really screwed things up.

But, with the praise should also come some criticism. And I agree with everyone that PSA "should"...I hate that word because it almost always leads to disappointment...use FIFO. I'm still not quite sure why they don't. Seems like a pretty standard practice in most service type businesses(when all things are equal, meaning express > standard > bulk still, but just freaking do them in the order you got them!).

I'm going to go with the glass half full though and hope they'll start implementing FIFO and give credit where credit is due... They've been doing better lately.

Just keep sending stuff and eventually you'll start getting packages back on the regular. I'm more of a "few cards at a time" guy than someone who'd send in a lot at once. Partly because I like to break up my "risk" and also because I do like getting stuff back in smaller lots.

I’m interested to see what Nat Turner can do once that transaction is complete. I haven’t heard any news on that in a while, so I’m not sure what the hold up is, but hopefully it goes through soon. Should be cool to see what PSA can/will do in the hands of a collector. But like you said at the end, I just keep sending in subs every few weeks (around 10-12 cards per standard order and 15-20 per bulk), so at some point I’ll start seeing a lot of stuff come back.

Bad grader? Or wanted grade to consignment opened before it did?

Nat is a smart dude, so it might take a minute but we can count on two things:

1. He will raise prices across the board. It's simple supply/demand really. Nat isn't buying this company because he loves cards, he's buying it because there's a lot more $ to be made by increasing prices of all services.

2. At some point services will get better and more streamlined. Might not happen until AFTER price increases, but Nat & team will hire more people and increase productivity. It's just good business and helps everyone (at least until the bubble bursts!)
