As soon as it happened i was texting with some friends and that was the first thing one of them said is if he was white the outrage would be through the roof.

But since he's foreign and black, its like basically non-existent. And me being a huge fan of the kid, makes me pretty sick.

Not even remotely a similar situation. When your mom drives you and your friends to the mall to drop you off, I don't think she's competing with the other cars on the road. It would be more like if in a Nascar race, one driver bumps another driver into the grass. Paid professionals in a competitive sport pushing the edges of fairplay and gamesmanship.
