They’re the worst.

That's weird. I'm having a lot of eBay raw stuff going to COMC for grading and I requested a correction on Friday for a card they put as gold but was copper and they had it corrected it a few hours later

I just resubmit the correction a 2nd time and it usually gets updated.

Absolutely, I've pulled that exact stunt on him years ago, works like a charm.

If a buyer send me a very lowball offer and I ignore it, will the offer expire or go away? I ask because I’m tired of dealing with other sellers lowballing me and too tired of having to reject lowball offers all day but I also don’t want to tie up people money on their offers pending.

The offer will expire in 3-4 days. However, it will tie up their money until you cancel it, unless it is a Port Sale.

Thank you! This was exactly what I was looking for. I was curious because I have a card listed pretty low. The next seller has it listed at close to $5.00, buyer offered me .25 cents. So today When I looked who made the offer it was another seller that has the same card listed.(he wanted to buy super cheap and then relist it for way more than his .25 cents offer) the problem is that this seller constantly sends me very lowball offers all of the time.(discovered just today he is another seller).

You can set minimums on what people offer you. I have mine set at max 20% because my prices are usually around the lowest with a minimum offer of .50 And it keeps the riffraff down. Also if you reject an offer 3x they can't make further offers on the card.
What I've found funny is sellers who don't accept offers but make offers. And then of course the sellers who will raise their price when you make them an offer.
COMC is fun - when it isn't broken and before they charged $15 to ship lol - I still like it though - I just wish things would get better instead of worse!

Here's to that. It's been a great service for me over the past 4 years or so. Do wish they'd improve but things have indeed been going in the wrong direction unfortunately.

I had to submit a correction a couple weeks ago to get "Autographed" added to a listing on COMC.

The eBay listing does not contain auto or autograph still.

If I were to use the Send to eBay Auction feature, would it use the current listing or generate a new one with "auto" in it?

I sent an email to support asking them to update the eBay listing, but guessing it will take some time to hear back.

Are you talking about the Novak?

It is tagged as an autograph — but if it's an IP auto, that's prob why it won't be in listing description — just my guess anyway.

Yes the Novak. It's not an IP auto. It is tagged now but only after I put in a correction a few weeks ago (they were fast to fix it on the COMC platform)

Love that card, I picked up the whole set off COMC when they first came out for like...$10 total. Now it's selling for close to $100, crazy.

Is this what they have been dedicating resources to?

First reaction was seems like a way for COMC to start moving around peoples inventories that never sell while getting that 5% on things people normally wouldn't buy.

There's no way COMC could mess that up.

Even if it's successful, how long we give it until COMC becomes irresponsive or extremely slow in regards to the outfit?

Plenty of people have already said their assigned COMC handler ignores them, I imagine this will go the same way.

It's come down to one card COMC refuses to correct.

COMC claims that even though COMC has it under the wrong set, it's "identified correctly". I've provided plenty of information that suggests COMC is wrong, but they don't care and are okay with "this causing confusion" as "our team says it's listed correctly".

So I'm out of a couple bucks to send it in and have it sent back. Thanks COMC!

I wouldn't even be that mucked about it if the website in itself wasn't such a mess these days. COMC continues to run like garbage and it takes over a week for CS to get back to you, if they even reply at all. Usually it was maybe 2 days for a response.

Comc Agent - i’m betting it’s AI driven, not actual agent. Hopefully it bypasses SRP or some people really gonna get taken. I can’t find things to buy reasonably when i’m looking to spend some trusting someone/thing else sounds like a fool’s errand. They’ll gladly take the commissions though

Again COMC, just allow me to block individual cards from player searches and I’ll sit quietly.

I agree with this, likely AI. You put your watchlist in and it buys it when it comes up. I'm guessing it should have a max price or something that you will in too. Seems like something most won't use.

What do you mean by this? You can put a minus sign and word to exclude anything.
