I don't know why it's this way but in my experience, anytime the tracker gets around or under 200k, it could basically ship any day at that point

This has been my experience. My order went under 200k on Tuesday and showed shipped on Thursday.

Answered my own question . Regular auctions are working fine with auto-pay. So, that's great .

Has anyone else noticed that COMC hasn't updated recent listings since last night? Never seen this happen before. Left my laptop on when I went to sleep and the most recent card added to the site was a Tony Gonzalez auto. 10 hours later when I got back on my laptop, same Tony Gonzalez auto, just sold out now. Tried deleting cookies & also tried on the APP...same card, hasn't moved. Weird!

I've seen it happen before, but it typically only lasts an hour or so at most. I assume people are still able to add cards to the site...so when it does update, it'll probably be whatever...50 or 100(or more!) pages of stuff, haha!

Makes me wonder, if you are still able to add stuff but it's not showing up on COMC proper...does it still cross to eBay during the down time on COMC?

Sales have been up for me in the last 12 or so hours. Makes me wonder if people who are normally refresh buying are going back through their watch lists and buying and/or buying more of the recent stuff that is actually showing up.

Some of my eBay Live Results since they lost the ability to pay with COMC credit and people have left the stream. Most of these cards were submitted before that happened, and I'm really getting killed on some auction submissions, while see other people's ridiculous $1 base cards sell for $20-50 each.

Recommend not submitting any items to eBay live auctions through COMC anymore. Even though they are supposedly putting cards into your COMC account and refunding your shipping costs, people still aren't watching the stream in the same numbers or bidding back when the auto-transfer and pay through store credit was active.

I initially, when Lives VERY first started, subbed maybe 5-10 cards worth $40-$200 and I got hammered badly. I more than made up for it by STOPPING submitting and only buying(by a lot, haha). But yeah, I haven't used the Live ever since for subbing cards. Buying I slowed way down once it got more popular and people were bidding more than comps, sometimes by quite a bit.

Were these submitted to the 1st Gem Mint night? If they were, there was supposed to be a "backstop" on those cards. Meaning, according to a COMC "rep", any cards submitted to the 1st Gem Mint nights would get credit added to your account(from eBay, not COMC...not sure how that would work...) if the card didn't sell for more recent COMPs.

If it was any time after that, I'm almost positive they didn't offer that again...because, why would they?

Sorry again! Expensive lesson, but a lesson you won't forget. I know I didn't!

When I contacted them after the first one ended, they asked for some time to research the values versus the sales prices. They still haven't gotten back to me after the second Gem Mint night, but I haven't had any correspondence since then, and therefore they technically haven't canceled the reimbursement for any additional submissions to Gem Mint Nights that underachieve. The original email stated "For a limited time" and I don't believe they've closed that window yet.

Well, that's good news if you'll be compensated for other nights beyond that 1st Gem Mint nights auction. I was under the impression that it was ONLY for that first night, but I didn't even look into it after what the COMC Rep said. He plain as day said it was eBay who would be sending compensation for underperforming cards, not COMC. I figured I couldn't even get COMC to email me back half the time, at least not in a timely manner, so I didn't trust them to follow through on...getting with eBay on said cards, eBay I guess doing the research and then I don't know...sending COMC money and then them issuing your account a "refund" in "X" amount? No thank you to any of that noise. Hope it works out for you!

Really need COMC to get their act together.

Site's in a bog; submissions taking a week+ to show as being accepted by COMC and then even longer to be processed, submissions being categorized in multiple incorrect categories which takes days to resolve, CS not responding to issues, etc.

At least I know the submitting offers works. Same user every day sends one for a different card at different % off. It's either turn off all offers or wait three days, decline their offer and give it a strike.

I've tried reaching out to COMC as it would be great to have more transparency around product enhancements and roadmap. I understand they probably can't share too much (especially early development items), but it would be great to know what's coming. Whenever I submit a feature request I get the same canned response and no clarification on actual consideration or acceptance.

Anyone know if I'm missing something?

Going through all my monster boxes to try to put a 400 count box together to send to COMC. Really, just trying to clear the clutter in my "card room". I can't believe how much junk I had in those boxes. At one time they may have been a couple of dollars and now are pretty much less than a dollar. Just tossing those in large cardboard boxes to possibly just list for free on the local classifieds or list as bulk listing on ebay. I thought this process of going through cards to send to COMC would be quick, but going through each individual card is time consuming. But look at the brightside, I now have a crap ton of reclaimed top loaders!

eBay is forcing all eBay live stream bidders to auto-checkout through their default paypal option after every card purchase during the stream. So eBay removed COMC's ability to do the autopay from COMC store credit.
COMC wasn't aware it was going to happen until it started.

Along with any sort of forward facing transparency. Where is Tim? Not even doing any interviews or releases. No outreach at all from company. All I see if they set up at card shows 1000 miles from me on the regular, auction ads, and submission specials acting like a backlog doesn’t exist. It used to be at least once a year there was news or an update, even during the covid hell. National is coming up, not a word?

The only positive thing lately has been increased shipping speed but that of course is probably a reaction to the higher rates so less demand.

I really want to go all in after all these years, but it’s been a disappointing backslide.

OP posted this 10 days ago but I noticed it for the first time today. Wondering if this is pretty widespread? It's the only page on the site that I've noticed that won't come up right now (just gives an error message). I generally go with a model based around almost always having a sale going, so it's super annoying to not be able to get that setup.

Apparently, COMC is running way behind receiving packages and entering into their system. I recently sent in two graded card submissions which tracking shows they received on July 14, but I haven't received an email that they received them and they don't show on my account. I also dropped off two submissions in person at the Nashville Card Show on July 11, 11 days ago, with no acknowledgement that they have my cards. I've sent two emails to them with no reply, and that seems unusual because they have always gotten back to me when I have a question. I'm starting to get concerned, should I just be patient?

I have one from July 8th still not "received" even though it delivered.

Wonder if they are short handed with the National coming up next week - pulling staff to prepare for that instead of focusing on their day jobs.

Probably should not have offered a "FREE" submission promotion right before the National. They are known to make some not so smart decisions. Hopefully everyone's stuff gets logged in soon. I'm waiting on one myself.

They also haven't posted about signing up for "Time with Tim" at the National.
