My boss just had a subcontractor removed from our helpdesk at Ft. Liberty. He was missing a lot of work and apparently his reasoning was sent in an e-mail where he refuses to work 4, 10 hour days. Time to drop him from the schedule.

those two places were bad back in the mid 90's when i worked at george mason...has not gotten any better in all these years (actually has gotten worse)

Yes. All helpdesk shifts at that command are 4 days, 10 hour shifts.
