Picked up this card this morning at a pretty low cost. The Population Count set to me is kind of the embodiment of COVID-era sports card speculation. When I can, I like picking up rare/unique inserts of Ovechkin.

It looks like they'll be making this set again in 2023-24 flagship. There haven't been many sales of Pop 10s on the secondary market but a Rantanen went for 175 CAD.

Have had this one for a bit now. Disappointing end to the season for him but definitely happy to have this one in the Ultimate Rookies PC. Hope Svech bounces back strong and finally has that monster season people expect out of him.

I recall there's a Canes collector out there with something like 20 or so of these (and Aho's) in their collection so not the easiest to find. Made a deal on e-pack for this one as I couldn't find one in the wild for a while.

I like hopw the POP count parallels signal the print run in that set. Such a great idea on non-serial numbered insert set.

Nice, I've one of Pettersson's in the PC as well. Svech I had to go to e-pack for since I just could not find a copy in the wild ungraded. If I see another copy of it I'll keep you in mind!

Only ever seen one other one so I had to have it

It was a redemption 15-16 RC auto so that is likely why. Also the other 2 I found were also OC the exact same way which makes me wonder if a common thing with these.
