Woke up to a text from my friend that she’s back at the ER with this Covid stuff. Our hospital isn’t great, so I told her if she isn’t satisfied that they are treating her symptoms right that I will take her to a better hospital.

Bless you Josie. I think someone should treat you to dinner after that kind of day. Laundry day for me today and my son is working the early 6 am to 1 pm shift so I am picking him up and we are going to a Chinese restaurant in Hazelhurst and then to the Walmart to check the card section. Stopping at a different Chinese restaurant on the way home to pick up crab rangoons and sushi for my wife as the restaurant we are going to doesn’t make the food the way she likes it. Then that should be a good thing, enjoy the hell out of it. Now if he were a hard worker and was getting fired because of numbers not working then I would be sad.

We did get up earlier than normal and it’s wet out but he might have a cold or something going on.

I have only hired one person since I've been in this position and he's an excellent hardware technician.

This one, I blame on the Government. We could have moved my wife over to do the job, but the Government person in charge refused to waive the certification requirement for 6 months to allow her to get it. She would have done a much better job than this idiot. He's a printer administrator and the woman that is junior to him is lazy and probably will be the next one to go.

When I went upstairs to bed last night, I walked in on a conversation between my wife and the oldest SD. That's the first time in a few weeks I've heard her call my wife or my wife talk about her. She was begging my wife for money so she could go our drinking.

My wife told her no, which got her mad. My wife told her she needs to get a job.

The middle SD and our granddaughter came by last night for dinner and to drop a crib off. She bought it on Facebook marketplace for $20. My wife is taking a week off from work to watch our granddaughter while the middle SD and SIL go to Mexico for a week on vacation the first week in September. It will be a joy to come home every day to see her smiling face.
