A Torres rookie auto from series 2 (insert) /25 that is an 8 (I knew it wouldn't grade well but didn't want a return whenever I sold it), an Ohtani rainbow 10 (second one and third is at PSA now) along with some Soto/Torres/Acuna base cards.

Selfishly I want to sell/list it for $1,500 since they are really only selling for $1k now. I think it has a lot of room to grow this year, but I do plan on selling it. I had 2 people ask me on FB about it which scares me if they ever did a chargeback on it.

Doesn't look like 2017 autos have gone up at all.

They moved up before Update this time around. Fascinating as this is opposite of last year where chrome moved after update moved. Chrome saw a nice bump Dec through end of Jan.

This just popped- pretty pumped! Wish it was a true gem but can’t be too upset with these subs. Notorious corner issues on the Update cards...

Congrats man. That's one I would really like a copy of. Totally forgot about it when ranking my tops picks yesterday. Think I would put ahead of the update blue and pink fwiw.

With all this grading controversy I have some really nice Acuna's. The question should I get them graded . I'm thinking raw mint cards might be easier to sell in the long run in the future.

Depends on the card and and maybe timeline for selling.

Have you looked at sale prices on ebay of the PSA 10 bat down vs raw? $1200 vs $350?

That's a big difference. And that ratio hasn't deflated as far as I've seen in the past 6mo or year.

Even with the seriousness of the controversy, unless there is a seismic shift in perception, in the near long-term (guessing 1-3 years (and beyond that no idea)), I believe you are going to do much better with a 9.5 or above than you will with a raw copy of anything even approaching high end.

Guess that makes sense because Sapphire is so limited and TCU is non action picture

I know I’m in the minority but I really like the TCU picture. Definitely prefer it to the regular Chrome one!

It's a good photo, I guess it's just a matter of preference

Looks like right-center and center bombs...that's one of the amazing things that caught my eye watching his bombs in the minor leagues as a 19 year old...to be able to go opposite field bombs...most right handed pre-20 year olds need to dead pull to left/left-center for max power.

Been sorting cards and looking for any and all Acunas I have. So far I found the 1st Bowman stash.

7 paper, 9 Chrome, 5 Mega, 1 Yellow paper and 1 Purple Mega. 2 paper and 1 base Chrome are pack fresh from 20 2017 Mega Box hitless Bowman packs I got bored and opened the other day

Now to find all the 2018 Acuna RCs I have stuffed in boxes.

Pulled this bad boy today from a blaster. Last box on the bottom shelf, thought it was a hanger, but bought it anyways (it looked lonely lol).
