I have purchased a card from COMC using my COMC credit. I put it in 'request shipment' and it seems to have languished there for weeks. I can't find anything in how to actually progress beyond this 'request shipment' page.

the FAQ says

"From your Dashboard, view the items you own by clicking Inventory Manager. Then, select Add to Shipment from the Actions menu next to each item you want to ship. After you add the items to your shipment, select Request Shipment from the Buyer Menu on your Dashboard and follow the steps to confirm your shipment request."

I did add it to shipment and then press continue but it somehow just refreshes the page. Help?

Edit:....I hadnt put in my full address and that was why it wasnt shipping. Welp haha.

I’ll answer my own question. I now see the “S&H” as either $1 or $0.25 on each COMC/eBay auction listing. I’ve not been paying attention to that.

why would anybody pick a $1 option over .25 ?

They seem to be losing ground on their shipping. I requested a shipment on Feb 6th, and COMC has always shown a shipping date of March 14th. Today, that got pushed back to March 19th. I will have to keep an eye on it to see if it gets further delays.

Could be more to do with USPS than COMC. USPS packages are getting delayed not only at distribution centers but at local post offices for weeks.

Wondering if anyone else has seen where particular submissions seem to get hammered a lot harder with the condition buckets than others. I recently sent it in a submission that really wasn't that much different than a lot of my other subs, and it's running like a 10-15% EX to NM rate while most subs get a small handful of EX to NM. I feel like it always happens to particular submissions too when that happens. I've been wondering if maybe they assign specific submissions to specific staff to process and there's just 1 of them who is a little too picky to explain the extreme difference in subs, but wondering if anyone else noticed that as well.

The buyer does not get to choose. The card is listed with $1 S&H if it has gone through Elite listing and $0.25 if not.

Yep, absolutely, it's the luck of the draw. Sometimes you get someone listing that just throws everything at EX to NM. If they do that right on down the row, I submit correction requests for each one asking for it to be re-reviewed and usually about half the time, they take the EX to NM comment off.

am I the only one that still has "declined cards" from years ago that can't be processed and have probably been lost by comc.

I've inquired a few times about them and never get a straight answer.

It may still go out on time. I had an order that was due to go out today. At the end of last week they pushed the date back to the 19th. It shipped yesterday.

You need to mail them back to yourself, otherwise keep them stored on COMC. (or donate to Charity if you just want to get rid of them)

I am in the same boat with some desert shield cards which are marked “grading required”. They are not worth grading nor are they even worth shipping home. So they are in limbo until I donate them.

I hope this holds...my latest shipment got delayed a last week and then this morning I noticed it got delayed again...

Anyone else having the site freeze and reset on purchase attempts. I cannot make any type of purchase, but the site seems fine. The issues just started and I tried multiple cards, devices, browser reset etc. Support says that it isn't known yet and to just "wait it out".

The app is HORRIBLE. The only remote promise on there is it shows if you purchased that card before. How they can’t institute a change on the main website to hide a specific card is just plain dumb. Much like how watchlist is item specific and not card specific
