Long day today...I am leaving for the show shortly and have to work right from the show. Won't be home until 10 tonight. Hopefully the show goes better today than yesterday.

A Fire Engine in a neighboring town was responding to an accident on the highway overnight and was hit by a tractor trailer. Thankfully, no one was in the Engine at the time and no one was hurt, but the tractor trailer took off.

Made me think of FT and how pissed he would be.

Depending on the forecaster it’s supposed to reach 117 or 118 at the airport today. 117 is the highest ever recorded temp(on five occasions)there so I’m rooting for 118. Doesn’t change anything, this summer is one endless day of swimming, beer and grilling/smoking meat.
