This is as close as I've gotten to Yocelin in a week. She doesn't want to talk to me. It's good to know she's okay. That bench is where she usually sleeps.

Josie's Breakfast fundraiser is important. Yocelin isn't some slacker or dope fiend. She's mentally ill and alone. She should be in a hospital but because she's not dangerous to anyone, she's allowed to refuse. There are a ton of people out there like Yocelin. If breakfast is all we can do for them, I say we make it one helluva breakfast.

Josie, I hope we raise a zillion dollars for these people. You're amazing, thank you for everything you're doing.

Last night the oldest SD was transferred to the Psychiatric Hospital in Towson, MD. She saw a doctor today and he is treating her bi-polar and manic issues. She has no insurance (and she isn't a nut like the other people there she described), so they may be releasing her on Monday. Her Dad can't fly in that day to get her and take her back to Minnesota, so I have no idea what is going to happen to her to ensure she won't go back with the Asian dude. She had my wife do a three way call with the guy she had been seeing and he basically told her to get her crap together or never call him again.

Of course my wife, as expected, has wilted over the last two days as she saw her in the local hospital psych area. She changed her story that she never jumped out of a moving car, but she was stopped at a light.

We were very snippy today back and forth because of this and everything else she was saying all of a sudden. This is why at the local hospital where the youngest SD worked, she was able to convince them not to give updates to my wife, but her only. Honestly, if my wife had her way, she'd never been locked up in any hospital and she'd probably have been back with the Asian dude by now.

The oldest SD did rent a car that Sunday. Two people, a man and a woman, turned it back in to the rental car agency the other day by leaving it and the keys after hours. It has damage. The SD is now going to be on the hook for that.

I don't know what smoke Dad blew up Domino's butt out in Minnesota, but they didn't fire her either.

The 73rd Annual Potomac River Festival Fireman's Parade in Colonial Beach last night was decent. It was 4 minutes less than last year, but some nice apparatus showed up. I haven't heard if we won anything yet as I went home to watch the rest of the Yankees game after the parade instead of waiting for award announcements.

Today, we took a drive down to Richmond to a few antique and collectible stores. Had lunch at CiCi's. On the way home, we avoided the I-95 vacation traffic by taking 301 all the way north out of Richmond. It was a nice drive and I now know where 3 fire stations are that I haven't photographed.

The very first day of my wife's Drivers Ed class she had to drive over this bridge and she was terrified.

She had never driven a car before (even with her parents).

I'm not sure if the member is banned or not, but every post has been removed and now their post count is zero. I'm not even sure how to check if they're banned but I'm assuming they are. I can't understand how they could still send a PM.
