Why would you prefer to mail when you can do the drop off?

I drive 30 minutes from Downtown LA during my lunch break to drop off my subs at Burbank. Zero reason if you live in the LA metro to risk mailing your package.

Just note that PSA is SUPER behind. I dropped off my last sub January 24 and its now fallen out of the system and not even showing as received. Of course the employee at the PSA booth at Burbank Sportscards warned me this would happen and said 6-8 weeks for the order to even show up as arrived.

BTW anyone else reading...PSA is REALLY backed up on Value submissions.

That is ridiculous. My value bulk sub I dropped off in mid-December at the Philly show took about 2 weeks to be officially marked as received and entered into R&ID. I thought the situation was better now....guess not!

2/3 of all submissions for February was TCG. Until that slows down, turnaround time will continue to get worse.

I'm not worried about mailing it, if it takes 6-8 weeks after drop off to enter in then I'm better off mailing them.

Been stuck on QA for about two weeks now, granted my ETA date is 3/9 but this Konnor Griffin boom has me on edge to get everything back!

Any guesses whether PSA will pass or fail this? Obtained by myself last year during the Spring Breakout sit down autograph signing, asked for his full name sig.

Value Plus order stuck in Grading since 2/11 with and estimated completion on 3/31. Looking like they aren't going to make that deadline as QA checks usually takes 3-4 weeks alone.

My walkthrough sub that has an est completion of 10 March has been in QA checks for 2 days now. Is that normal or does this 2 day "hangup" indicate that I may be getting upcharged? I've seen previous express and higher subs often get QA checks and grades released the same day?

Is there an chance of an upcharge for your sub? For me, I'm almost guaranteed an upcharge because I subbed a card that last sold raw for $9.3k, and if my card gets a PSA 9 I'm almost certainly getting upcharged, while a 10 would be 100% an upcharge. Only if I got an 8 or below would I not expect an upcharge.

There’s a chance of an upcharge but not a guarantee. It’s just ludicrous that we pay for higher service tiers even after they raise the price and increase turnaround times and they STILL can’t make the ETA. Yet every other day there’s someone on here posting a bulk order that was completed in like 30 days of their expected 95 days. Poor business practices by PSA to have things like this happen

My Regular 15 submission has an estimated date of March 5 and it is still in assembly. I guess I need a miracle for it to be completed lol. Maybe the assembly line machine is not working or maybe PSA did not pay the high electricity bill. Who knows….

98 card bulk order 2/19 arrival 7/12 estimated completion is somehow in QA checks, but my 6 card regular order same arrival date is in grading.

At this point I have to assume my card is hung up in the upcharge process. There are still 4+ days till the estimated completion date, but seeing many people have even bulk orders clear QA checks same day, that's the only logical explanation why it's taken 3+ days since entering QA (aside from PSA being incompetent). Just have to hope that my upcharge is for a 10 and not a 9!

Got murdered on this one. Only 5 tens out of a 34 card submission. 5 eights and 24 nines. All newer modern baseball and hockey. Previously, if I ran under 50% gem, I considered it a rough order. This is two value submission out of the last 3 that I have had a sub 15% gem rate. Unreal.
