That was pretty much a 1 hour “buying opportunity”. As long as the injury wasn’t career ending, he can pitch next year, and the Dodgers can win this World Series (which I believe they will, with or without Ohtani at this point), my buying plans won’t change a bit this offseason. He’s the safest bet in sports, already a legend, and will be in the postseason spotlight every season with the Dodgers.

Dislocation would usually put someone out for a couple of months and would require surgery to get full strength and range of motion back. But I'm guessing his didn't fully pop out. If he doesn’t play again in the World Series I’m not sure if his cards will increase if they win the World Series. Hopefully he plays and it’s a mute point.

If he can swing comfortably, he’ll play. Probably depends on what he’s willing to do in order to get comfortable.
