I decided not to drive the 3 1/2 hours one way for the parade today with 58% chance of rain at parade time. I'll just hope they have another parade soon in that county or that someone can actually put together a nice trip or two there to visit fire stations.

I got an email late last night from the guy who, I think, bought my dollar boxes a few weeks back. He said he was going to be at the show today. I can hope that turns into a very good thing as I have more dollar boxes available.

Not in the pouring down rain.

Ba da ba ba ba—customers are absolutely not lovin’ the latest update coming out of McDonald’s headquarters.

In late 2023, the chain announced that it would be removing self-serve drink machines

he chain also announced it would be phasing out another fan-favorite perk, with some Golden Arches locations no longer offering free refills.
