I found out the blind spot in my eye has not expanded. However, the amount of light getting through the blind spot has decreased. The doctor was not happy about the pressure level in my left eye, so I now have a third eye drop for it and I go to get it checked in about a month.

I had the cataracts in both eyes removed around 10 years ago. I learned yesterday the lenses they replace them with do not deteriorate. I deal with occasional blurriness in my right eye when I blink. It goes away after a few blinks. I mentioned that yesterday and he is not concerned about it.

Having cataracts removed before the age of 60 allegedly increases the risk of detached retinas. Given the fact that I have both retinas reattached...

As for the eye drops, I now have 1 drop I use in both eyes at night, one I use in both eyes morning and night, and one I use in my left eye morning and night. It sucks when I fall asleep in my recliner after work. When I wake up and go to bed, I have to force myself to stay awake long enough to do the drops. I was told to wait about 5 minutes between each one.

It takes a little over an hour to cut the front and about 45 minutes to cut the back. And about 15 minutes to weed whack.

Just don't mix up the drops!
