Jungle would have been more appropriate but it does not have the alliterative feel of forest. Forest it is.

Going to try to make it until 3am to watch the replay of both the race and the golf. Stopped by my parents after work tonight and my dad wanted to know if I knew what happened with the golf. I had no clue. I told him I planned on watching it. It ends at 2:30. The replay of the race is on from midnight to 3. I'm going to be a zombie in the morning.

I have an appointment with my glaucoma doctor at 1:45 where they are going to check my field of vision. I know the blind spot has gotten larger since it was last checked. From there I go to work.

Chapter 4

As they trudged through the fecal forest, Tritty grew increasingly agitated. He knew the Poo Palace should be coming into view soon, but there was just acre after acre of fecal fungus and turd trees stretching into the horizon.

That's when it hit him: the riding mower! If there was any way to get to the Poo Palace by sundown, it was John Freaking Deere. Tritty now had a plan, and it was going to be messy.
