Nice ride, love the new accord styling. My brother had a black on black 97 v6 coupe back then. Girls loved it.

As for the beagle. Yup, this will be the last beagle that I own. I don't hunt so he isn't really ever in his true element (his sire was a apparently a masterful hunter). He is an ok pet but he is easily excitable.
Maybe I mis-identified it, I only paid $8.50 each on Cigar.com for the couple I bought, never did get around to smoking one this weekend.

You ever solve your issues with the humidor? I'm looking to buy one soon, don't re-hash what was already discussed - I can just go back and re-read it, but if you like the one you settled on; maybe I will just go with it.

You must try a good cognac with a good smoke!
It's a perfect combination.

If you got a partagas no 10 for $8.50, you should be psyched. It was possible if you got it around Black Friday and it was a door buster.

As for the humidor. I changed humidification devices and went to boveda packs. I now have three humidor since I got the montecristo one as an add on for $20.

Fwiw, The boveda packs work well. In the long run, they are probably a few bucks more expensive but if you bite the bullet and just buy the box of 12 it keeps the prices down. Oddly enough, my brick and mortar has the boveda packs cheaper than even Amazon.

My first car was 1993 accord. My second was a 1995 accord. Then I decided to step up and got a 2007 mazda6. This is the car that I just replaced.

Why do you say this? Based on how it drives or repairing it?

Is it similar in taste to scotch/bourbon/whiskey family? What would you recommend to start out with?

I personally enjoy cognac and for my personal preference I enjoy the paring of cognac and cigar compared to others.
I would recommend Remy Martin VSOP.
You can usually find it under $45 per bottle and it's smooth.

I am kind of enjoying a perdomo reserve 10th anny champagne right now. It's tough going from a monte no 2 (which I love) to this.

Hey guys I am not a cigar smoker however my oldest Brother is. Been doing some Christmas shopping for him and using some of your guys opinions bought him a box of the Excalibur epicures and a Gurkha Godzilla sampler. Hope he likes them, thinking of getting him a box of the Gran Habano vintage 2002 next. Gotta spoil him, its Christmas!

If you're getting him that many smokes he may need another humidor. Us smokers tend to keep the humidors we have stocked full. It's a curse lol.

Had a cohiba red dot Churchill at a Christmas party tonight, man I wish this was my everyday cigar but at $250 a box, it's a stretch.

I like these as shorter sticks, like a toro. Great smoke though.

Is it the glass top humidor that holds 50 sticks +/-? If so, I got this humi as well and it is indeed very nice.

Ultimate Humidor Combo #451 - Cigars International

$20 for 10 cigars and a humidifier, I ordered this.

Had my first cigar today. Macanudo Portofino, $7 at the local in and out. Forgot what else that had there, this was the only brand I recognized. Very enjoyable. Can't really complain. I have nothing to compare it to but when I read the reviews I agree with their assessments.

It has been a while.

I would say you stole this considering I checked the link today and it is $150+.

I have been fairly busy and unable to set aside time for my daily daily.

On 12/18 I enjoyed a Montecristo Red Toro. This was an exquisite stick and would recommend it at a reasonable price point. My cost on it was $5.79 but I got a very good deal on a sampler of Monte's so it kind of lessened the price across the board.

On 12/20 I had the last of my Perdomo Reserve Champagne 10th Anny. I really wanted to enjoy the five pack more but I didn't. The taste was too far off to acquire it in five sticks.

On 12/24 (yesterday), I enjoyed a Gurkha Beauty. Damn I love these sticks. I broke down and ordered 3 of the ten packs today. There was a cigar moratorium in my household for December so I couldn't add any cigars since I didn't want to buy accessories that my wife may or may not have had for me for Christmas.

I have 54 smokes coming my way this week. THe 3 Gurkha ten packs and 2 Bohia 12 packs that averaged out to something silly like $2.08 a stick. Honestly, that is a great bargain. This is what I ordered:

Gurkha BK8 Pocket Tanto Tactical Knife SMALL KNIFE
Enjoy Your FREE Gurkha Knife!
In Stock $0.00 1 $0.00
Bahia Variety Sampler
12 CIGARS In Stock $24.50 2 $49.00

Gurkha Beauty Gran Torpedo
10 CIGARS
THIS ITEM QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING
In Stock $29.99 3 $89.97

Boveda 72% Large (60-gram)
ONE PACKET In Stock $4.00 3 $12.00

The knife was free. THe funny thing is I am far from a boy scout and never prepared. A few nights ago I was with friends and we needed to cut something out of its packaging. One of my buddies had a pocket knife. I thought that he was just the most prepared person. Perhaps next time I will be that person.

Anyway, this is my update here.

My plan for the remainder of Christmas is to enjoy a Montecristo White Series Torpedo.

Also had a A. Fuente Natural and Oliva Series G Special. Really preferred the Oliva, but the AF was delicious as well.

I must have missed that you got him the Excalibur epicures. Those are great sticks. Pricey by the box but great sticks.

I considered the red dots as well but I am trying to fill three humidors now and I needed the quantity provided Gurkha deal.

As for the knife, I don't know dick about knives but it was free so why not?

As for the night before sampler, anything that I have ever had with the man o war name has made me feel ill. Not sure why. Same thing with the Vegas golds. It stinks because the Vegas golds are in a ton of samplers.
