Nice avatar - that went out today, so you should see it soon.
Thank you, look forward to receiving it! It looks like there is a bottom part, and perhaps I can find it.

I agree. I've actually noticed my watchers increase over the past 24 hours - I would say they've actually doubled at the minimum.

I've received offers and e-mails - but I'm going to stand firm because I also believe this will bounce back.

Does anyone think there will be good resale on cases? I have one case left unopened and wonder if I should save it to sell later rather than open it and get a couple gold and a few b&w sketches etc.

I think all the comments above should cover this since wax follows suit on singles sales.

Any guesses on what this might be worth?

I'm kind of new to the non-sport game, what does a lot mean for a sketch like this?

I would say for this product, a lot would be $100+. And I think this sketch will easily sell for more than $100, based on how popular Charles Hall is and the quality of the sketch, I really think it has a chance to sell for more than $200. And if it turns out that Hall did a limited number of sketches for the set, I could see it selling for even higher. Looking at ebay, I don't think any Hall's have been listed, so there's a good chance it is a SP. I think putting it up at $500 BIN/BO might be a good idea, and see what kind of offers come in over the next couple of days. Just don't be too impatient and take the first offer that comes along.

Would it be a good idea to list the sketch as a running auction or buy it now/best offer?

I bought one box just because the price was right for such an amazing list of artists. I'm quite happy with the Beck Seashol sketch I pulled that I think I'll probably buy more.

I just bought a retail box of this at Target, card distrib had just put it out and the individual packs said sketch odds are 1:96 AND 'one sketch per box guaranteed' - did Topps just mess up and carry this over from the hobby packs or something? I did not get a sketch (I was skeptical that I would to begin with anyway) but the packs do say one per box :/

The whole box cost me $50 plus tax so it wasn''t bad, and I got 2 silvers in it (1:24 packs) and 2 3Ds - but c'mon Topps!

What do you all think?

Someone screwed up by not deleting the guarantee from the retail packaging. Retail packs never guarantee a sketch per box, it is usually 1 in 2-3 boxes.

Are all inserts, parallels, sketches, and autos in the same place in all packs?
Just want to make sure so I don't miss an auto since they seem to be easy to miss.

Hobby packs have golds, foil signatures, and printing plates.

Retail packs only have green and silver parallels, and sketches. The sketches are not one per box but 1:96 packs.

This info could also help you with pack searching.

The signatures aren't foil, they're real. Looks like they're signed with a silver sharpie (sorry if that's what you meant).

Ted,

I dont pack search. I have a case and have opened 5 boxes. Just want to make sure I don't miss any autos if they are in a different spot than the 4th card down because I just skip to that card in every pack.

totally understandable - i did the same thing - it's always the fourth card. not that you can go by me (20 cases and zero plates and one auto).

Gotcha, sorry for the accusation. It was just funny how it read.

Looking for the autos just gives you an excuse to REALLY check out the artwork.
