I can't believe it's been 13+ years. The only thing I had left in any port that I had was Topps Attax albums that I got from the catalog. It's 10 bucks that I didn't have before I guess!

Also, for the folks who took credit, did you get the IPO price as Topps store credit?

Took delivery of my cards two weeks ago 9/2/25 and received in mail on 9/15/25.

Had some issues with my order:
1) No notification of order was given on website. Had checked my account for tracking number but none was given;
2) The cards were placed in ordinary top loader (of improper thickness) and not in hard plastic holders (like most eTopps cards physically in marketplace);
3) No team bag was used for individual cards which exposed Topps seal to flake off and not stick to top loader;
4) The top loaders were not properly secured and basically thrown into a large bubble mailer; and
5) Every card was jammed into improper top loader (which wasn't thick enough to properly hold card), so card sleeve severely wrinkled and compressed and cards possibly sustaining some damage. And replacing card sleeve and top loader would necessitate removing Topps seal (which partially stuck to improper top loader).

Very disappointed with Fanatics due to poor quality control and poor packaging.. Only reason why order wasn't made years ago was due to Topps excessive shipping charges.

Since several of the cards in my Etopps portfolio are already marked "store credit," I have twice inquired as to the value I could expect as compensation. Specifically, I asked about the 2002 Kobe Bryant card, which apparently is no longer available from Topps but recently sold on EBAY for $100.
Instead of responding to that specific question, I was told the store credit value of my 2003 LeBron James card (which is still marked as available for delivery) is $33. Considering that an ungraded copy of that card sold Sunday on EBAY for $224.10 and a PSA 10 sold Monday for $885, I am underwhelmed and apprehensive.
I also asked for an assurance that my cards would be packed, as advertised, in a "tamper-evident hard plastic case," and was told the cards would be shipped in EITHER hard cases or top loaders. I'd be interested in hearing from those who have had cards shipped since the announcement of Etopps' demise and the subsequent shift in its packaging procedures to get a sense for the likelihood of receiving cards in hard cases at this point.
Considering that Fanatics was valued at $31 billion during a 2022 funding round (a later valuation pegged the company's worth at $25 billion), the pennies it's pinching with long-time collectors strikes me as recklessly short-sighted.

I recieved my cards yesterday. Hopefully can figure out how to post pictures on here better. Same exact thing as listed above. Packaged and shipped terribly. All the penny sleeves were wrinkled terribly so the cards present terribly. Most of the sealed stickers are coming off. Some corners of the cards are minorly dented. Small dent/crease on one card.my Adrian Peterson rookie has the Topps authentic seal sticker partially off the card and flipped over and stuck to the penny sleeve. I am trying to close another account but am shaking my head at how much they are messing this all up.

He said a card valued by ETopps under $1.50 will equal to $1.50 in store credit but if they value it higher they will add that amount instead. He checked the values of my cards for me. He said he’d look them all up but only had him check 26and I felt like I got carried away at that number. Here are some of those values:

What a completely random list. Some of them seem like the last sale (see 2007 Peyton Manning). Others seem like they are completely random numbers (see 2007 Randy Moss & Adrian Peterson).

Is it the topps sticker from redemption cards, or the etopps holo sticker?

I apologize for not being clear. The ETopps card comes in a penny sleeve and that is in a top loader sealed at the opening with an ETopps sticker. With the sleeves all jacked up, if you want the card to look good you will need to remove it from the sleeves and resleeve or one touch it.

I am just as perplexed at you. The guy said these numbers were based off of other sites and last sales on eBay, etc. seems like these are the numbers we used to see listed as the last 10 eBay sales back in the olden days. With the many chats and back and forth info, I am not even sure what to belief any longer in the ETopps process. I do know he looked at my credit from last time (they put credit in my account and then removed it) and was able to add more.

The authentication stickers are on the back of the card with a serial number. Pretty much identical to the one I have from many years ago. Only difference I see is the older holos are darker. They say the same thing though. The ones I received in my last shipment are not put on as careful as they used to be. I have one that isn’t all the way on the card.

got a shipment yesterday 9/18 all the received cards were in mags and sealed, the seal on the mags were falling off on some and other were OK/ RECEIVED OVER 200+ CARDS. THE PROBLEM WAS THE SHIPMENT WAS MISSING CARDS ONE A 100.
No packing list with shipment. sent e-mail awaiting reply from etopps.
there were no 2008 baseball and no hockey cards at all in the shipment.

When did you place this order? Sure seems like they said the right thing in late August but the actual quality of shipments still seems sub-par. The more you had shipped the worse their performance - or has it been poor for most now getting these shipments. I have a large order placed on 9/1 that I am waiting to see how/what things show up.
