Since the Chrome spots do not specify that paper color is included then I’m extremely confident paper parallels will include prospects. That’s my going in assumption.

A lot of times the draft won’t occur until Houdini does his 20 case auction in order to develop a draft rankings list. So, my guess is that’ll happen right before product release date since Topps is known to wait until inside of a week before dropping the checklist.
