Thank you! Yeah, I have to admit, the card sold for more than I expected and a little more than what I wanted to pay for. Right when I dropped my bid at the last 3 seconds, my jaw dropped at the final price.. haha. Oh well, you win some high and you win some low

My wife told me to spoil myself for Father’s Day and buy myself something nice. I’ve been wanting an Ichiro Topps Dynasty Auto & Jersey /10 card in a Mariners uniform.. and one happened to pop on eBay right before Father’s Day. The asking price was a bit too high for what I wanted to spend, so I sent the seller a friendly “what is the best price you can sell this to me right now” message. Within a few minutes, the seller gave me his best offer, which was about 37% off. I immediately took it. I’m so happy to add this card to my collection today!

That's really awesome that you got an actual active year patch auto card as a mariner. I own a couple when he was a marlin/yankee, and it's just not the same. Nice card!

I wanted this SSSP card when it first came out, but I didn’t want to pay the “new release SSSP eBay price”. I told myself to wait it out and see how low I can get one in the future. I finally snagged one for $58

I don’t get any of my cards graded. I’m too scared to send my cards to the grading companies and have them get lost.. especially some of my rare cards. If lost in the mail, I would rather have the card than the money the card is valued at via insurance. I just buy my cards graded if I want the card graded. I’ll let someone else do the leg work. Haha.

I store my PC cards in a box that fits graded cards. This one:

I saw this pop on eBay for $20 (obo), so I threw out a random $10 offer and got it. Back when it first came out, I didn’t pay much attention to it because it wasn’t from a major card company.. and usually they’re really off centered. I noticed this one was the so-called platinum parallel and thought $10 won’t break the bank. They actually look pretty cool in person. The boarder has this refractor look to it. I’m happy to add it to my 2001 Ichiro PC
