why is everyone so quick to rule out a thursday release?

It could be. Typically though fotl is Wednesday or Friday. With Good Friday being a holiday seems very very unlikely. There is definitely no set rules so could be Thursday based on fotl history

Edit. I stand corrected. I double checked and It looks like select basketball was a Thursday release (feb 28th) and regular product released match 6th. I could be Thursday but again with Friday a holiday they will probably want to have everybody shipped by Friday. Thursday sales most likely means product ships Monday

To put this in perspective, last year they backed up the release date a few times with it finally releasing on May 2nd. NT FOTL was April 27th. That's only 2 business days between FOTL & Hobby.

It's not crazy that one of the following happens:

A) The release gets pushed back another week

B) FOTL is Wednesday April 17 or Monday April 22.

C) With a slight chance of it being on Good Friday.

The /20 RPA FOTL parallels were leaked by Panini during all-star break. I assume it'll be Wednesday or Thursday.

You can only get up to 400k speed over wifi even on xfinitys 1gig. Better connect direct.

Lol you ain't lying. My ac1900 usb adapter tops out at 350mbps on the lappy.

Still eons better than the 10mbps I was working with the previous FOTL releases. o.0

My ping to TX is 70 milliseconds. I don't care about bandwidth it's meaningless unless you have a house full of kids streaming videos at the same time. Don't overpay for that gimmick.

I actually went all out and bought a Flux Capacitor that does 121 Gigawatts.

Going back in time to buy 2017 NT once this year's drops.

just passing on what I was told - I asked if I could drive down there and buy one in person and I was told no they do not do that.

FWIW the person I talked to was head of online sales and I passed onto her some of the frustrations I had with the revamp and she didn't know of one issue so they are gathering that info to give to their new developers.

I had added Honors to my cart and went to go check out and it said my shopping cart was empty on the checkout page even though my cart icon showed I had 1 in my cart. If you have something in your cart and the item gets sold out, that's it. It's not in your cart anymore.

What people fail to realize is that you don't have the product until you finish checkout and PAY! So, having it in your cart means NOTHING!
