We’ll shoot, I thought I was pretty conversive in Seaver’s Rookie cards but have to admit I’m not familiar with the framed version. Was that distributed in packs or some other alternative?

Yup. Hobby/Jumbo only landing about 1 per case. Pretty cool looking card.

Yeah. Dude is not hitting. Everything is like a soft ground ball or a soft fly out. Exit velocity isn’t there yet. Hopefully still getting strength and timing back.

My boy is still in a slump but maybe showing this off will bring him some good luck

FINALLY completed this 16 card rainbow. I will never attempt anything again with this many cards. I just really liked the Rookie Cup design. Huge shoutout to a board member who helped me track down the Super back in 2017. Last card I needed was the Gold Wave, which I got in February / March of this year. Last card I needed to scan was the Blue Refractor, which was stuck at COMC for some unknown technical glitch.

here it is in order of descending print run / scarcity

and for good measure the Topps Chrome Sapphire Blue and Gold cards (different card number but same photo)

Average now over .250, wRC close to 120, 5th in MLB in doubles. Starting to get back on track.

Guy just turned 25 and has played hurt for much of the prior couple seasons. Excited to see what he does as he approaches his prime with a healthy body.
