Making custom cards?

Where does everybody make their custom cards?
How much do they cost?
Never done them before, but seems like a cool idea for my collection!

I make all of mine in Photoshop. I use Elements which costed me $50. It's regularly $100 but it's on sale all the time. The only other costs are ink, paper, and your time. If you buy the program, it'll take some playing around until you get the hang of it, but I'm completely self-taught.

Make them custom then sell them on Ebay as 1/1 like I see some people do. LOL
