I can sign fake autographs on pictures and post them online all day long. As long as nobody buys them from me, I haven't defrauded anybody.

Bottom line: There is zero chance of legal recourse in this case. He will just join the list of blacklisted BO members

He knowingly possessed and attempted to sale a forged instrument. That is a crime that is routinely investigated. Not really comparable to writing a bad check.

It also does not need to be sold in order for you to be convicted.

Law enforcement would laugh at this, sorry. Bad checks are comparable because somebody is losing money. Writing a bad check is theft and fraud, just as this would have been.

Hell, I had surveillance footage of two jackasses running out of my store with two bottles of Grey Goose, called the police, gave them the car's license plate, they were pulled over an hour later.

You know what the cops said? We couldn't do anything because they didn't have the bottles on them. Did they not at least attempt to steal? Of course they did, and they took the bottles. Probably sold them for 20 bucks on the street and used the money for drugs, but it didn't matter to anyone.

I had all the evidence in the world, and unless we were talking large sums of money, the investigation is going nowhere.

So will there be changes to group submissions now? Anyway we can help prevent this happening in the future? Besides sending it in on my own. I know for some people the group work better?

I have worked for both Target and Kroger security and my experiences are vastly different. Perhaps the areas I was in had overzealous police departments or yours did not care.

Use a different host. Ryan (nhsportsguy) is well-respected, and would be a great guy to go through...I believe he even owns his own shop.

In terms of mikec, I did not see this coming...it's gotten to a point where I can't even trust my 3-ply toilet paper to keep my fingers out of my exit only hole.

Leaning towards mine didn't care, lol.

Could there be a case against this kid? Sure, he did attempt to defraud a potential buyer

Will there, I don't think so. The court of public opinion has already dropped the hammer on him though.

I had hoped somebody at the national would have already posted about this... Seems nobody is willing to confront him or everyone at the national missed the thread.

Why not enjoy both a sixer, and a keg, at the same time....

I sent a text to someone at the Nationals about this little situation but I haven't gotten a response from him yet.
