Yes, but probably not to anyone here because they want stuff for 50% of current ebay rates.

I tried to sell them for $50 a couple of months ago and was told my prices were crazy. Now I'm selling for $65 which is about the current rate and the offers I've got from here range from $35-$55.

Very nice lot as I've said before but he got his price jump by his nice 4 game run in ST...cash in brother! He didn't look good in hi-A last year and he's started ok but the worrisome thing for me is the 0 BB 4Ks in 2 games. Still too early to make any conclusions either way and I definitely don't dislike him but unless he quits swinging for the fences everytime and cuts down on his K's the better pitchers are going to eat him up at higher levels.

I would not say that Castro has SS locked up. Nothing impressive about his defense there.

Yes he does. The age old Castro defense statement. Well, here ya go. You say Castro led the league in errors last year, I say he also led in putouts at SS, Assists at SS, and was 3rd out of any player in the MLB in assists, he also led the league in Range factor as a SS. Yes he makes errors, but he also makes a TON of plays you will not see any other SS in the league make. Plus him and Barney are the best Double play combo in the game today.

Oh the old, my team's player is better because I like him argument. Take a look at the advanced stats, he is in the middle of the pack at SS defensively. While I like Castro, let's not make it sound like he could not be moved. He could be and I would say probably will be moved to 2nd within the next two seasons.

I just got in 5 more BC autos today, I don't got it like danimal but I got 10 or so, several auto refs and 9.5s... just waiting until people start realizing outside of us prospectors who this guy is and then... I will sell, retire and go to Disneyland!

add another K today with no BB. Now 0 BB and 5 K's in 3 games.....still early so no need to panic yet.....He needs to start doing better in that department pronto or we know what's going to happen. A season line of .270 avg, .425 slg %, 20 BB and 125 K in 100 games isn't going to substain his current price.

If his chromes go Taveras next year, $100-150+, will you just ebay them? At some point you have to just move them don't you, regardless of the fees? I agree that it is difficult to move cards like these on BO where most people want a steal/deal.

At 200% profit, moving everything on ebay doesn't bother me so much

Please. The minute a more viable defensive option becomes available Castro will become the 2B. If Baez can show the ability to stay at short, Castro will be moved. He is not a great defender, putouts and assists tell very very little.

Baez 1-4 yesterday with a SB...0 BB and 1K. 4 games and 0 BB, 6 K's. Starting to become a little worried at his K rate facing less than what I'd call top pitching prospects (* started game) in Jed Bradley*, Chad Goforth*, Brooks Hall *,Drew Gagnon*, Chad Pierce, Eric Marzac,Mark Williams, Kevin Shackleford, Tommy Toledo, Stephen Peterson, Jacob Barnes, Seth Harvey in relief.

this happens in every sport at the beginning, people start killng it and they get too much hype, people start off slow and they get too much panic. from what i have seen, read, heard, this guy is fool proof and we will likely see several mutli homer games and a great statline by june.
