i agree , but i have done at least one deal with him maybe 2 i dont remember and cards did come very fast and he put the old name in his signature which was a nice move that he did not have to do
but i do agree in this case it is imo innocent just late shipping but other members who may be guilty of worse could do the same

I am still surprised at how many members welcome this. This isnt about second chances. A member had a bad rep and broke a major rule. We should not welcome such sneaky deceitful individuals.

Yea,I am not quite understanding what is going on here.There has to be more to this story. I can actually understand someone wanting to change thier user name if someone was harrassing them or something along those lines. But to be labeled a slow shipper and then be able to change your user name because people dont like dealing with slow shippers is more then strange. And what makes it worse is that he puts in his signature of his new user name that he is still a slow shipper? The only thing I can think of is that he buys wax from Blowout and threatened to stop buying if they did not allow this. I hope thats not true. But I guess my bigger question is this. What if ten people,all of whom got bad reps on here ask the mods if they can do this? Whats the answer gonna be? How can you not allow them but you did allow this guy. Basically someone can now do thier deals in any manner they choose and after enough people no longer wanna deal with them they can change thier user name and start fresh? Because thats exactly what happened here.And to all the people up top who are willing to overlook his shady actions because you might get a free card are beyond pathetic.

lol, exactly. he didnt scam anyone, a couple of years ago he shipped slow, since he has had 50 deals go smoothe. the mods made a decision, in this case i think it was the right one. now if he would have been a scammer, thats one thing, but being young and dumb is another.

3+ years ago on my old account, I shipped slowly and BC was quick to ban me. I was 15 at the time and we all know kids often are annoying or screw things up in this hobby. This past summer I decided to make a new account and have had many transactions go successfully. Someone linked my old account to my new one and BCF quickly banned me simply to investigate what happened. They chose to let me stay since I was not scamming anyone and with my new account I wasn't really breaking any rules. As for my signature I dont ship slowly anymore, I didn't think thats how people would interpret it, but rather as an explanation why I was banned in the first place.

He made his bed. So basically you are saying its ok to get a new account if your rep on your first account is tarnished. If someone else asks for this I wonder what the answer is gonna be? Sorry.That dont fly with me. You screwed up.You should suffer the consequences just like anyone else who screws up on here. I am all for second chances and you staying on here under your original name is fine with me. People who are gonna be buying from you or trading with you have the right to know what you are capable of.

What you're saying is all correct, and I think to be fair to everyone, he should be using his other account and close this one. I think that's the best decision here. I agree that we just can't ship slow and then decide to change our name... just doesn't work that way.
