We are down to Stafford VS Maye

Rams were good last season, won their division, were the #2 seed, killed the Vikings in the Playoffs. And barely lost to the eventual SB Champ Eagles. Stafford is just doing more of the same. Which is no knock on him.

Pats were horrible. 4 wins last year, roster rebuild and he was a bit shaky at times.
Maye will be leading the league is passing yards after this weekend. He is only 100 behind Dak and Mahomes, who each just played. 70+ completion percentage. He is averaging 260 yards per game with nearly 2 TDs per. He is the reason the Pats are winning. Making him more valuable IMO

Agreed. Stafford also has more offensive weapons at his disposal.

Maye has been great no doubt, also played one game more than Stafford so total yards would have been less apart. Add in touchdown to interception ratio and Stafford is the #1 right now. In the discussion I’m missing Jonathan Taylor even though traditionally this award goes to a QB.

If somehow he doesn't have a big game, Maye has a chance to get back in it tomorrow night home to the Giants.
