Default eBay Standard Envelope shipping issue

I have sold and shipped 1,000+ cards using eBay standard envelope and I sold a card for $7.99 last night and I went to print the shipping label and it says the item is ineligible for eBay standard envelope.

It is the exact same listing I use for every card and I've never had an issue.

Any ideas?

Check weight, dimensions, and make sure it's not going to Puerto Rico the country (as opposed to Puerto Rico the US Territory).

^ what he said.

I’ve had to change dimensions (11 x 6 x 1) and update weight (1-3 oz) to make the standard envelope option reappear.

I know, OP sold 1 card that's having the problem. If you're shipping 1 card it should be 1 oz.

Not necessarily true. If thick enough (but still within the dimensions), might need to be 2-3 oz.

Also, for more expensive cards ($20 vs. $5), some (such as myself) add cards to pad the sold card. Buyers really appreciate that extra effort too. Reduces risk of damage via transit issues too.

In my experience 1-3 cards in penny sleeves/card saver/graded team bag can be sent for 1 ounce using armalopes.

Do you have the correct category for the listing?

I am guessing this^^^is the problem. I believe the item sold is listed in this category:

Toys & Hobbies....Collectible Card Games....Sealed Boxes

Yep....

I use the same format usually when listing, but must have picked something I sold in box form and then it wouldn't work of course. I appreciate the replies!
