Professor Sports Cards interview with former PSA Employee

Some of you guys are way overthinking,These graders are people that would otherwise be working fast food jobs if not at PSA.......anyone here think fast food workers care about their quality of work?maybe 10% do if your lucky.its not an uncommon thing to send the same card to PSA and get a different grade each time......sometimes as much as 3 grades different.

Taking that into account, it’s crazy that people pay 10x or even more premium for PSA 10 compared to PSA 9 and even if there is clear sign that the PSA 10 is not better copy than the 9. How can some bid 3k for it, are people not looking at the card and grade only?

Not sure just wiped em down and we said let's see what happens lol I honestly thought if the 20-30% ratio of PSA 10's that I usually get happened then awesome but maybe that will happen on the other 30
