What is the process for returning a card I purchased?

One of the cards I purchased arrived yesterday and it has a crease. The card had no condition notes nor was it listed in in one of the condition categories such as [EX-NM] or lesser.

So really standard shipping now is .50 per card + the 14.99 when you factor in both times we are paying the .25 per card

I dont get why we are paying S&H for a list price, and then paying again in the actual shipping. Unless we are saying that .25 we are paying in the list price is essentially the "base/bulk" shipping rate, and "standard" really is .50 each

Just with lack of communication/etc just doesnt seem right on COMC's behalf. Lack of transparaency all around.

Before the change.
Shipping was $5.99 and Handling fee was .25 per card no matter how many cards requested for shipping.
They have 2 modes of buying one for flippers so they would not have to pay the Handling fee as they did not plan on requesting shipment of those cards. The other was so buyers did not get a big hit when they asked for shipping. You can use both.

After the change.
The big change was Standard shipping cost is $5.99 plus another .25 Shipping fee per each card no matter how many you request for shipment. Bulk is $19.99 up to 500 cards no other fee. If you request more then 500 cards. They will split them into several packages at $19.99 each. The break-even number of cards are 57. At 57 cards the cost bulk and standard are the same. So 57 cards can do ether, less then 57 go standard, more then 57 go bulk.

You still have to pay the Handling fee of .25 per card if you request shipment. No matter which buying mode you are in or how many cards you buy or which shipping way. It is just when you pay for it. (When you buy the card or when you ship the card).

For members like me that waited until we have 100 cards then request them it is another $14.00. Now it is best to wait until you have 500 cards. Which for some of us will take years.

The process of returning a card starts with you contacting them about the issue.

In bulk shipping mode, that second .25 is not there. In the other shipping methods it is.

I just checked again. For the 58 cards that I have ready to go, shipping is $19.99 plus the expected $14.50 (quarter per card) like it always has been. I would not be charged that second quarter in bulk mode. The second quarter per card is there in standard mode.

Holy #@#@#@#@ COMC needs to do something to their website.

There's no reason for the "updating" choke up to kick in every 2-5 listings.

Why is this website so buggy and slow?

Start a submission their site and they have all the service charges.
Or use this link: https://blog.comc.com/selling-rates/ which is linked at the bottom of every page.

I didn't think it was even possible to have your own item in your own cart(?!?)

It's getting worse, I think.

It's even more annoying when you move the mouse courser to the next card, type in a price, and it get the "updating" prompt again. Then when you refresh the page, the items still need to be priced...

Even past midnight when the server load should be less, it is still happening.

Over the years and all the issues, I have asked about. It has taken them a few hours to 8 days to reply, but that is just me.

Otherwise it will take as long as they want it to.

Read their return policy. Which is clear as mud.

The first .25 applies regardless. The second one does not apply when you ship in bulk mode. Set some things to ship and do the math. Really, I'm not messing with you here.

When shipping bulk the second .25 is built into the $19.99. That is why the break-even number of cards are at a total of 57 cards, and the limit is 500 cards. You just do not see it. They are messing with you.

Somehow? they come up with needing an extra $14 per most shipments to take care of shipping and shipping supplies so this is the way. Also maybe keep them from shipping a lot of small shipments. (time and effort). Rise the larger shipments total cost and add a smaller fee to each card on a smaller shipment. So read it what way you want to no extra .25 per card or the .25 is built into the total cost. That is up to you.

Boxbuster7 is talking about the first .25 The Handling fee not the extra .25 shipping fee.

these happened over night. check the item numbers. for the record, i sold 22 items over night, yet only these 3 ended up in my cart.

these cards are being flipped, but the buyer bought 7 cards in the one purchase yet only these 3 ended up in my cart

Can you explain a little more what you think is happening? Or what the specific bug is?

If you sold these cards, then they shouldn't be showing up in your cart if you never added them to your cart after you priced them.

i really have no idea. minutes after they sell, and get repriced by the new seller, they just appear in my cart

Someone compared earlier in the tread - if you have 58 or more cards, use bulk.

This is correct. On top of that, the closer you can get to shipping 500 cards bulk (without going over), the cheaper your shipping will be on a per card basis. The delivery times for bulk are similar to what they were before they instigated this chaos.
