I emailed Upper Deck about the Evangeline Lilly pic I had bought and received a refund tonight. Such a weird situation.

Thanks, I have only just seen this - ill try again, still haven't had a response to my contacts via the website

It took them roughly 24hrs to respond to my direct email. So frustrating. Their excuse was "the contact us button has been acting weird"

I'm still annoyed that I didn't get my 4 lily photos
