They run a relatively simple offense and he's not getting as many guys open. He did a very good job at hitting those guys last year, and this year they're just not there as much. What he doesn't do as well is make improvised player the way guys like Lamar, Mahomes, Allen, etc do. That's tough to really play at an elite level when you can't do that. You need to be able to make Burrow/Herbert level throws and decisions if you can't do that. Stroud isn't on that level yet.
