I feel the same brother. A entire week of cold damp weather and come Tuesday evening I could feel a chest cold coming on. It rarely occurred until roughly a few years ago. Outside of that, doing great.

Life is good for that Casino family, taking constant trips on helicopter to the White House roughly 4-8 years ago. Pretty good today. We have a stellar weekend lined up. Seeing my honorary sister, her wife and my nephew. *happy dance* Giving my book club besties their Christmas gifts tomorrow night. Got us all matching advent calendars.

Better than yesterday. I got to spend 12 hours in the ER early Monday morning. 3 bags of fluids, a bag of txa, and a blood transfusion I got released last night. My hemoglobin was severely low and I was having dizziness and fainted once at home so my mom made me go to the ER. I’m glad that she took me because I fainted again once I got checked in and lost consciousness for about a minute. My mom said I was as white as a ghost. I am doing a little better today still tired and I slept mostly all day. Hopefully I will start feeling better in a few days and can go to church this weekend

Found out my Uncle, who I am close in age with, has a form of metastatic Kidney Cancer. Unfortunately it is not true renal cell CA, but is originating more within the filtering system. At this point he has nodules in his lungs as well and they are going to do whole body PET scans, with anticipation that there are likely other areas of concern.

I’ve always been closer with him. He has 3 boys ranging in age from 30-17. His youngest is close with my oldest. It’s going to be rough for all of them through this.
