I listed a hand-collated set of 2022 Topps Update. I listed the cards as NRMT-MT. Had a buyer message me to confirm the condition. I explained that I pulled these and made the set, and put them in a box. The buyer bid and replied "I bid only because the cards are listed in this condition".

I thought oh great, here we go. I checked the buyer’s feedback left for others. They have never left feedback once in 3 years. This buyer wins the auction (of course), and I ship out the cards.

I noticed a new feedback today from the buyer who is extremely happy with the set. Not the ending I expected, at all.

What a swerve to your story. It actually worked out well for both parties.

I'm amazed at the people who will complain about a little bit of marijuana shake being in their package. It's like bitch I didn't charge you for it...

These are always fun on a $2 card

"Good morning - I am building this set and looking to grade them as I go along in collecting. These are super condition sensitive when it comes to the surface and I have been burned by “Looks good to me” only to get the card and it be scratched to hell! Appreciate any images of the surface or blemishes/scratches be mentioned. Thank you for your time."

How much FB and time does this buyer have on EBAY. Sounds like they need an education that delivery times are only and estimate and we are now in the Holiday Time for USPS and it may be just a little longer.

Buyer has 36 feedback with 2 years on eBay. Here is my reply:

All you can do is wait for the post office to do their job....the eBay dates are estimates, sometimes things are delivered a day or 2 early, sometimes a day or 2 late.

Same buyer purchased the same card from me, but asked me to ship to an address that was different than the one given to me by eBay. I told him I would not do that, but I would cancel and refund the original purchase, give him time to fix the address and relist. I did cancel and relist, he did repurchase with the changed address. This was all less than a week ago.

Got this one today for a Thick Jersey Auto, guess they would want a damaged card.

I'd accept your $3 offer if you used an ebay envelope to save me s&h costs. $5 s&h for one card is just too much. Let me know. I'll look at your other offerings to if we put together a bigger deal. Thx, Dino

$5 card was shipped and delivered. Buyer puts in an item not received dispute, I send the tracking and let them know it was delivered. Feel free to block this idiot

Buyer: 901smokejr

Yeah you said that and I’m telling you what it says on my end. It’s obviously not getting anywhere with you. This is what happens when take the cheap way to ship items. Not telling who or where it was delivered to but it wasn’t me.

You could have given them the benefit of the doubt and filed an insurance claim. It would have been confirmed and you would have gotten your money.

Nah, not when it shows a whole tracking history and says delivered. I was born at night, but not last night.

It has been reported in another Blowout thread that the PIP insurance has stopped paying out for INR claims where the tracking shows delivered.

I’m still getting approval for pip items that show delivered. However, if the item is marked delivered between the time a refund is given and a claim is filed, those are voided and not paid.

That's unfortunate, considering you have to wait 15 days to file.

The phrase of the week seems to be - ordered by mistake.

I have had four cancellations in the last week...which is four more than in the entire 11 months prior.

Mostly cheapo $3-4 delivered cards.

yeah, that happens a lot. I purchased a card last night and realized I had the wrong year of what I wanted but I owned up to it cause it was my own fault for not paying closer attention.

For me, First Class mail, it is delivered in my mailbox the day the tracking says so.

For the eBay Standard Delivery ESU tracking, sometimes it says delivered a day or 2 before it shows up in my mailbox.

So I don't know how long ago it said it was delivered to the buyer, but maybe give it a day or 2, and it might show up...?

Honestly this makes sense to me. If insurance pays out for a delivered scan, what’s even the point of the tracking…what are we even doing here.

How long back cause I had one approved within the last few months. If it has changed then buyer has to take it up with eBay.
