Decent lot for sale

Just got back into comics. Let me know if this is a fair price as I'm not sure the best avenue to go off. These are all mid pricing off of key collector. Asking $375 for the lot.

I'm not sure where Key Collector gets their values. Not sure if their high price is for a CGC graded book or what, but their high prices tend to be what a high grade CGC book goes for and their Low prices tend to be what a high grade raw book sells for on Ebay.
