eBay Saved Search Issues

Am I the only one getting random cards appearing when I go to my saved searches? It started yesterday and I thought it was something eBay was working on but it’s doing the same thing today. Not showing me any items on my search.

Someone told me about using automatedsearches.com. I have since deleted all my saved searches on ebay and only use this tool. Nice thing is, it is free and has a lot of options.

Searches today for me have been nearly impossible even when using every/multiple filters. I’ve never had that happen…55MM+ hits for 2018 topps chrome aaron judge refractor

If you go to Advanced Search, there's a dropdown at the top called Keyword Options. The four choices are:

All words, any order
Any words, any order
Exact words, exact order
Exact words, any order

Using the bottom one usually gets me what I'm looking for when I get 1000s of unrelated cards in my searches.

The eBay algorithm has been messed up for a while now. It now not only searches for specific searches, it adds whatever other auction items you happen to click on into those searches regardless of what you specifically search for.

I try a few random player searches every few days and there will always be some sort of residual auctions of theirs in my searches. It's an absolute mess.

To be fair however, this extra bloat to searches often times yields poorly worded auctions that end up selling for a fraction of what they would with good titles. So I can't 100% totally complain about it.

I’m having some problems with search too. Not that I use it regularly, but now I don’t understand what I’m getting out of it at all

Same thing is happening to me. eBay mobile app doesn't work, but searches on PC seem to work.

Yeah same problem with the eBay mobile
App which is why I came here to see if others having the same Issue

Having problems too..cant search anything. Type in a players name and get 50 million listings most not related. Very frustrating

I just updated the app on Google Play Store and search seems normal again. Please give it a try.

I heard they’re working on it. In the meantime, just use your pc. The website search is working fine.
