PSA "high-resolution Premium Imaging of the graded card" questi

I sent in a card to PSA for Super Express grading and got the card back already but the "high-resolution Premium Imaging of the front and back of the graded card" are not available yet (on the order page it still shows the ungraded card picture).
How long does it usually take for them to upload those?

The scans typically change from the intake scan to the graded card scan when it hits Grades Ready. I’ve had orders where one or two cards didn’t get their final scan and PSA told me I could send them the card back for them to scan it.

You could put in a CRC request and ask if they can update the scan for you. But it might have just been flubbed at that part of the process.

I have an order also (currently in Assembly) that still doesn't have any images. No idea why.

Ah I guess they skipped mine then, you'd think on a Super Express with the high resolution scan advertised they would not forget especially on a 1 card order but oh well.

I was going to ask same question. I submitted through a group submitter and 2 out of my 8 have scans. Group submitter just got the cards back so I'm guessing it didn't get done for the others

No worries, I was kind of excited to see it before I got it back so I kept refreshing to see if they had added the pic yet 😂
