How do you guys feel the parallels are running? Any trends similar to the DPs in the base? From the recaps they seem to be running 20-30 per case, which seems a bit lower than the back of napkin estimation?

Also I may be biased by the last bunch of recaps all having a lot of Soderstrom, Gelof, Westburg, Henry Davis, etc.

Keep in mind that many to most of the rainbow and gold foils aren’t shown in the recaps. It’s only the rookies on those. I had 4 low end vets in the first half and saw a few foils pulled live but of course none made the recaps unless it was serial numbered (Thank you Brady Singer).

Oh I didn't realize this, good to know. I'll shift my angst to my silver pack spots which I think I'm crossing fingers for an auto still. :-)

I've gotten 0 numbered Dominguez to this point in the base spot as well. Starting to feel like a kick in the groin

I finally got a good Evan Carter, otherwise I would be in the same boat. Hoping 2nd half is much better for both of us.

In the same boat, was hoping for a consistent 3-4ish numbered/autos but seem to be skewing closer to 2.

Lucky to hit a couple numbered Carters so far, an auto would be a nice top off to the second 50!

Up until these last few cases by Houdini, Soderstrom had a total of 7 gold/silver foil cards. I think he doubled that and threw in a team color match.

Just goes to show how things can change.

You don't have to bash Topps. I will. This release has been really rough. Collation, this, the SSPs etc. It is a very pretty set, but they have screwed a lot up

Yep, my Henry Davis spot started out with a plethora of foils, then took a loooong break before returning late in the first 50. I don't think I've hit anything other than gold and rainbow though. Meanwhile, I think I've hit 3 Stone Garrett black parallels.
