I have no complaints.

A great girlfriend and friends, good job and make more money than I could have ever imagined.

I agree with you, the world is not as bad as it seems. Lot's of fear mongering out there.

I don't think the internet is causing climate change, economic divide and war.

Only in todays pop culture world can somebody remain in the spotlight for as long as she has. Music is so bad we don’t move on as a society.

It’s like Colin keapernick. . Once upon a time guys like him got their 15 minutes and then everybody moved on. Now these people linger in the news. Media is just on a different level now and for the worse.

For a good while but Taylor’s best music is behind her. And of course there were a lot of other mainstream stars and plenty of different genres pumping out great music back then. Madonna was also still putting out solid hits in the early 90s.

Now, the landscape is barren and the media is a whole different animal.

You got old.

Pop music is for the youngs.

Happens every generation.

Not sure why you think I am getting worked up. I don't care if she flies private, though I do accurately call out her hypocrisy in doing so.

Bridges, hooks, melodies, chord progression is lacking amongst other things in today’s music. The marketing in the music industry is top notch. They’d get these kids to worship big band music if they really wanted to.

You know who are running those marketing firms and are at the top of the music industry?

It ain't the kids.

I don’t think that is remotely true. I listen to metal but pop music is really well done these days in terms of structure and melody. If anything a lot of music tries to put a new spin on very played out chord progressions and melodies that we’ve heard since the 50s.

I remember old people complaining that "today's music" was garbage when Eazy visited the White House.

It's not music getting worse, it's you getting old.

Agree here. I’m old, my kid likes stuff that annoys me.

My dad hated Metallica, now they are my generation’s Rolling Stones.
