Got a storage facility today. Tomorrow I need to find a U-Haul for Saturday. I talked to my realtor today and our house will be listed as coming soon by Friday. I'm looking at getting it on fully listed for sale a week after wards. I need to call the carpet place and power washer tomorrow and set up appointments for them.

I terminated the exclusive buyer agreement the new realtor had us sign and my normal realtor is going to show up two homes Sunday. I'm not holding my breath as one of them (just coming on the market Friday) has no contingencies as they are moving to Florida ASAP. O talked to my finance guy today and he could have gotten us a lower payment if we got that other house.

It appears I took an extra idiot pill yesterday, but did not realize it until a minute ago... I picked up what I thought was a pumpkin pie from Publix when I got K flowers after the show. Get home tonight to find out it is a sweet potato pie...barf! I will have to bring it to work tomorrow and see if someone wants it.

For your sake, I hope you don't run into a situation where your house sells right away but you struggle finding a place you and Mrs. FT like (and the offer is accepted).

Hopefully they find a good air bnb to tide them over if this would happen. I know a family that had to live out of a hotel and they spent way too much money.

2 roast beef and smoked Swiss on sourdough bread
2 honey bbq chicken and smoked Swiss in sourdough
Lays potato chips
Animal crackers
4 bottled waters
4 baby bell cheeses
6 packs of fruit snacks
4 peanut butter cup pumpkins
4 hand written notes

There is the ability to do a sale contingent on renting the home from the new owner for a limited amount of time until we can find a house and go to closing.

I lived in a hotel the first month I was in this area while I waited for the home I bought to go to closing.

Who new breaking up with a realtor was so hard to do. I sent the lady who had been helping us the required e-mail asking to terminate our exclusive agreement and it took 5 more e-mails to finally get her to acknowledge we were done.

My usual realtor admitted that my e-mail from last week went into junk mail and that she didn't see it. I felt like I was cheating on her. And to tell you how good she is, the house she is setting up for us to look at one Sunday, she sent us a sample one month electric bill, the floor plan with room dimensions, the HOA rules regarding home sales, the property lines and measurements, and what has been upgraded in the house. The other realtor, sent none of that for any of the 3 houses she showed us.

So, now I'm really mad about the house we put an offer in on. It is showing as a Contingent offer. We submitted a guaranteed offer with no contingencies. I would have gladly offered more money and removed the closing cost help requirement if they had only reached back out. Or maybe if we had a better realtor, this would have happened.

Or maybe you could have offered more in the first place. If the market is hot, you have to give your final and best offer first.

My cousin has a booth at the PA Christmas show in Harrisburg. My mom did this show every year from the time I was 6 to 19. It makes or breaks your whole year. The days are long and my mom is helping set up today then run the booth from Wednesday to Friday. I offered to pack their lunches because the food is so expensive.
