I am going to try to get it towed to my house today or tomorrow
and see if I can repair it.

I just talked to our finance guy. He can add a renovation loan into the original loan for us to finish a basement or add a deck. He said new build is not a great way to go as the builders are building homes and then get desperate to sell them, so they drop the price. We could be paying a loan for a house that loses value immediately compared to the new houses around it.

I'm going to have to have a whale of a December if I am going to have any hope of accomplishing my goal of catching Boi Boy by the end of the year...I'm about 330 behind and with the NBA in full swing I just don't see it happening.
